WORST MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF LIFE!!! THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!I don’t write a bad review unless I have been treated badly, and this was HORRIBLE!!I placed a DoorDash pick up order over an hour before the restaurant closed. I arrived when the app said the food was ready, only for the lady at Taco Bell to inform me that they were out of the some of the items I had ordered and I would need to cancel my order on DoorDash. I asked what items they do have and she said because they were closing she didn’t want to make any of it. I explained that at the very least she should contact DoorDash and cancel the order. Too which she replied “I’ve been doing this a long time boo, you gotta do it.”At this point I was hungry and tired, it was late at night and this woman had refused to make any food even though the restaurant didn’t close for an hour and was now refusing to help me in any way shape or form. On top of that, she was speaking incredibly unprofessionally and condescendingly towards me. I will admit I got angry and used some profanities as I explained what a horrible experience this was. She said “Haha, have a good night boo.” At this point I yelled at her that “I wanted her name and to speak to a manager, because this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life.” I was HORRIFIED to learn she was the manager. She refused to give her name and threatened to call the cops and accused me of drinking. I had not been drinking, but I imagine she assumed she could use this since the hour was late and I was angry. She called me boo condescendingly several times before I told her I am most certainly not her boo. I can’t believe she thinks this is an acceptable way to speak to a customer. I left and informed her I would be leaving her a bad review. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!I do not know this manager’s name, but she is the manager at the Taco Bell on 1113 N Military Highway, Norfolk, VA 23502. I am going to leave this review in as many places as possible in the hopes that this horrible human being is FIRED. No other course of action is an acceptable response to this. I have never been so disrespected by customer service personnel in my life. I cannot believe this woman thinks it is okay to treat people this way, or manage a business in this manner. She is not management material. I have worked in the service industry for years and even worked as a Dasher and I have never experienced a manager as unfit for her job or as unprofessional as this woman. She should not be leading or training any employees! Can you even imagine having a horrible boss like that? I personally don’t know how she lives with herself considering she clearly has no pride in her work and no respect for other people. I sincerely hope you fire her immediately. I also hope this very mean and angry woman gets help, she needs it.

Food was not right. Asked for no lettuce or tomato on my burrito Supreme they still added it and my taco had more lettuce then meat. Last time I came here my nacho chips tasted like chemicals.They obviously don't pay attention to what there sending out.

The last 5 times we have gone here, they have gotten our order wrong! They ALWAYS leave something out of the order but yet charge us for it! Getting so tired of it!! They're also NOT FRIENDLY and they don't greet you or say have a nice day! They just give you the food, refuse eye contact, and shut the window. Not coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a loooong hair in my food tonight meanwhile my hair is shoulder length. Disgusting. Apparently 2$ back is worth the 6$ meal I paid for. My husbands potatoes were still cold and hard. Worth it elsewhere.

Nacho bell grande was inedible.. the chips were covered in grease/oil. Left a bad taste in your mouth.

Do not buy the Taco Lover's Pass. They make it very hard to get your taco if you don't add anything else to the order. They will tell you that the mobile order has not come through yet. I had to park at the drive-thru window and tell them that I was not going to move until they gave me my taco.

I went to try the taco bell wings, but they were completely out. But the customer service was so good and the cheddar chalupa was delicious. Drive thru very little waiting time.

My fiancé and I made an order before 1 and they did not have anything posted that they were going to close at 1. They took my fiancé money online and as we get there, nobody is there. We call and a lady, who I think her name was either Casey or Lacey answers and as I tell here that we ordered before 1 and we were picking up our order she hung up on me immediately. We got there very quick but as I said, nothing showed they were closing and it took our money. I understand closing at 1 but the fact that we called and she decided to hang up was very disrespectful.

New Years Day, Late Lunch. A bit slow, I'm sure people called out. But hey, the service was great, and food is food, thank you.

Friendly staff doing the best they can with the hand their given. Midnight rush, lots of cars in the drive through line, a not so great microphone on the drive through, but they still got my order correct and done as quickly as they could. Also, open past midnight which is an excellent plus considering how few places are in the area anymore...
