They can't hear the people didn't put the meat on my mothers meat on the sandwich sad part didn't notice it until I got to my mothers house smh had to go all the way back for them to fix her sandwich right and they didn't even want to give her a full sub being they messed the order up the whole time and let's remember gas prices is high its ok tho will never ever return there again

Great place and also very clean. The lady was sooooooooo nice and so helpful and she just had the biggest smile on her face. Made you feel extremely welcome. Took her time and got both of my orders right. A++++

This is a great subway. The people who run it take pride in their store and are very nice and courteous.

I recently placed a catering order here. The restaurant was clean. The food was great and ready on time but let's talk about the customer service. This Subway is owned by THE MOST friendly family. The entire family and staff were so welcoming and fun that I wanted to invite them home for Sunday dinner. We're all familiar with our go-to items on Subway's menu. However, it's the quality customer service from the owners and staff that make this one a standout!

I work downtown in a law enforcement building, walking distance from this location, and I will NEVER eat here again. Today I received a promo email from Subway for $5.99 footlongs. My coworker and I ordered separately online. My order got caught in a loop on the site, but the $6.74 was debited from my account. I told the store what happened, I showed them my badge, and I showed them my BANK ACCOUNT ON MY PHONE that included their store number, address, time of transaction, and amount. They refused to refund or make my food, the manager was VERY rude, my coworker already had her food and was astounded at how my order transpired. I don't steal, I even gave cashier my number if the transaction fell off so I could come back and pay! She was nice but then the older woman I assume the manager interjected and caused a scene. I'm not embarrassed because I paid for it and I could afford it, I am upset and the lack of customer service and her rude demeanor. I would never have let someone leave without their order...especially someone that works nearby and spends alot of money at my business. But I'll be sure to let the entire 7 floor court building know how I was treated today ?.

The food was great and the staff were very friendly. This is the nicest Subway restaurant I've been in. Great furniture, very clean and well run.

There was an older gentleman there by himself who made my friend and I's sandwiches, so sweet!
