Never good when the entree comes out super quickâ¦. Overpriced frozen re-heated food. Got the shrimp tacos, three tiny TINY shrimp on each taco. Shrimp was cold all the way through, rice was ice cold. Fried shrimp basket had about 6 tiny shrimp (mostly breading. Fries soggy and cold. Looked at the menu online and opentable and was nothing compared to the menu at the restaurant and the prices were significantly different. Should have stayed inside for the $2 burgersâ¦at least I would have expected not the best quality for a burger and could have watched the baseball game.
On vacation, so it was one of our evenings out. We have been to this restaurant once a year since it opened.except during the first year of Covid. The food was okay 4 out of 6 of us ordered the stuff flounder. It was over cooked. It wasnât really worth the amount we paid. Our waitress was nice.
We have eaten at Stripers on several occasions, and this most recent experience fell short. The cocktails were lackluster, my fish dish had a mealy texture (something one might expect from using hastily thawed fish), and the waiter missed items we had requested / ordered. The facilities and view, as always, were terrific. Will visit again and assess from there.

We ate there last night before going to the Lost Colony Play. Very nice and laid back with a beautiful view. Food very good(especially the hot crab dip). Waitress told me the 3rd level was not open because of not enough staffing. Waited a bit to get our food, but worth the wait. The staff works very hard to service everyone. Keep up the good service! Would go back!
Food was awful. Waiter was very inattentive. Food was cold. Took over 40 minutes to get a beer.
The food was amazing and the waitress was so nice we even set wear this guy was playing music it was great for my husband for Father's Day
