They don’t know how to use the star system and instead of learning they lie and say they don’t redeem them. I only know it’s a lie because I have redeemed stars there before. Honestly the customer service is the worst I’ve even experienced.

It was a nice experience, there wasn't a big line but it is a small space designated for Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter.
they took a simple order of pumpkin spice in iced coffee .. and made it AMAZING ITS SOOOO FREAKING GOOOOD thank you pretty lady with the nice eyeliner

In google it says they close at 8:00pm and in the store they say they close at 7 pm. Someone should update time in google.
Excellent. Their serve is what takes this company over the top. You NEVER have someone that is frumpy (bad mood), unfriendly or unpleasant. NEVER!!!!
Great coffees, but pricey
I just really want to know why this place is never open in the mornings. It’s 841 and they are closed, the last time I care it was 730 and still closed.
