The barista was just so friendly and made sure my order was right!!
I was doing a delivery for this location. My order wasn't ready on time, but the real issue was that they packed the coffee in bags instead of cup holders, causing the coffee to spill. I really can't believe the incompetence.
It's a Starbucks, so pretty normal. Not the easiest to get into the drive through so it's not as backed up as normal Starbucks. Good service!
Customer service amazing. Coffee ? this is the worst white chocolate mocha I’ve ever gotten. I knew it was going to be because it was extremely light. I did not taste any coffee. I will stick to Starbucks on Granby street.
Placed a mobile order, show up to a massive drive through line. Stayed for half an hour to find out nobody was even in the store. On a Saturday! Looks like a walk out or someone never even opened the store.
The line was slow and backed up. Nice to be offered a free drink by the time I got up to the window. Great customer service!
This location has gone downhill lately, from every worker rushing you at the window (after you sit for 5 minutes, too) from just the overall quality of the drinks. I asked for oatmilk, had the order repeated back to me and still had a drink made with dairy. I didn't even want to return to have it fixed because of the horrible customer service. Especially coming from the older lady with glasses. Used to be my go-to location!
Staff is friendly. Wait time is quite long. Big downside is the drive through lane is very narrow. If you have a larger vehicle, it's very difficult to drive through it.
I ordered their new Irish Cream cold brew and it was terrible. I've ordered it before from a different location and it tasted amazing. This time, however, all I got was a cold cup of black coffee with a little bit of whipped cream on top. It didn't taste at all like the others I've had, I'm pretty sure it didn't even have the Irish Cream syrup they use for flavoring in it.
If I could give no stars I would. My visit earlier this week was more than pleasant compared to today. The one blonde with a long ponytail was sharp and nasty. I came in to order the same pumpkin cream cheese muffin and a pumpkin spice latte. 'We don't have that! Haven't for awhile.' I stated I ordered it Thursday. Does it depend on the shipment you receive? 'Well you must have gotten the last one.' She didn't ask anyone about it or anything. I then order the late with just a half shot. 'There isn't a button for it. I don't know that we can do that.' Again I stated I ordered it that way last time with no issues. Can you tell them then? 'That's what I did! Cold or hot?' I didn't understand and have her repeat it. Then said hot. Not once did she let them know take my name for the order, and continued to help the guy behind me with their order as pleasant and polite. She asked about a vegan something that he requested to make sure she was correct and took his name for his order.. why was I treated so poorly? I don't appreciate how short she was with me and how accommodating she was with the couple. Something needs to be done to fix this visit!
