Website stated they opened at 5:00 and several people waited in line but had to leave since they opened late. They either had to go to their gate or went to the bagel shop across the hall. Very bad for business.
Chia latte tasted like they pour sugar in my drink. Also requested extra hot and it was lukewarm
Website says they open at 5AM - manager was there at 4:30AM and employees don’t even show up till 5:00 and by 5:20AM they still are not open. Prep was still being done. There was no apologies or explanation for opening late. I went to the bagel place across from it, which was the better choice, but still hours should be updated because they opened doors at 5:30AM. Seems to be an ongoing issue.
7 Dec. Concourse A late opening again st 0530 with 10 people waiting. Opening staff should focus on getting ready more instead of loudly complaining about the job they should be greatful they have.
I was told they open at 5:15am by an employee. Website clearly says 4:30am every day..No coffee for me this morning before my flight..Thank you COVID! Update after suggesting an edit they have now changed their hours to opening at 5am. Hope this helps other travelers in need of a coffee fix!!
Rude staff that threw my food on the counter and walked away. Prices over inflated. I paid 4.00 more for something I buy in the community. I know, I know the airport is more expensive so if you charge me more at least do it with a smile.
CLOSED. Location is closed. Recommend that passengers notify Google when this business is closed during its posted hours (with a photo) to prompt business to correct hours or mark location out of business.
I never going to Starbucks however I wanted some water. I was ready to pay for it however I got it for free wasn't even aware that that's how they operated. It was a pleasant experience

Absolutely disappointed. ??? I'm inside the airport and I'm waiting for this place to open. Online says they are open at 4:30am and it is currently 5:02am. I mean this is ridiculous, what do I have to do to get these people to open up like it says they are so I can get some coffee! I mean I love Starbucks and I do spend quite a bit when I do come but the sense of urgency and opening a business up on time like it states online does NOT exist AT ALL APPARENTLY nowadays. I normally dont rate places or put my two cents in at that, but I've had a terrible morning and the fact that I cant get a decent cup of coffee is just adding to what I'm going through.?????
