I've had several bad experiences with this Starbucks so I usually don't frequent here. I decided to try them after about 8 months of not going. I ordered a Chai creme latte and a ham croissant. The server said that she thought they may be all gone and would i like something else? I opted for a sausage and egg sandwich instead, I notice the car in front of me attempting to pass good ba k into the window after receiving their order. I pull up to the window to be told that the server had mistakenly given my sandwich to the car ahead and that it was the last sausage sandwich. I was a bit miffed with myself for coming back. The manager then appears to let me know what he has left. I select a double bacon....the saving grace is the young lady hands me my breakfast and returns my payment. Excellent customer retention for awful service....I may return after all.

Definitely did not get what I ordered.Very little ice and no whip cream. What is the point of customizing your drink if they give you whatever they want to make.Definitely do not recommend this starbucks.

This location is trash. Had them remake my drink twice and it wasn't like any of the other locations I've had. The employees weren't friendly neither. Go to the one on Northampton Blvd if you want it to actually taste like Starbucks.

Three times of coming in at various times. Never quick for service, currently sitting waiting already over 20 mins for 1 drink. Always packed with people waiting for drinks in the store. Last two times my drinks have been wrong maybe this time will be different.

By far the worst Starbucks I've ever been in.I ordered a 16 Oz mocha and watched it dissolve into a 12 Oz drink. Also requested no lid with my drink, they said okay, but still put one on. When I tried to actually get a 16 oz drink they refused to serve me without a lid stating its corporate policy...it's not. I'm an adult who knows how to drink out of a cup without spilling and I definitely don't need to add one-use plastic to the earth.

The night shift crew are not as attentive as the day shift crew. I requested additions with my coffee and no whipped cream. I received no additions and the whipped cream was simply taken off the top instead of remaking my drink. My food items were never received as well. When I called back to the store to bring it to their attention the representative taking the call could barely hear me due to the other employees screaming laughing and yelling in the background.

I stopped at the Starbucks quite often. Both of the last two weeks or so they have been out of everything and then sometimes I mess up on my order. But that won't stop me from going to them because of customer service is still good.

Worst experience. There is a reason I chooses to do mobile order, so that it can be seen how I would like my drink. First of I ordered a mango dragon fruit refreshers with added fruit and lemonade with light ice. When received order. They completely eliminated the dragon fruit and received a a drink with only the fruit and lemonade. On the second time they made the drink due to them NOT paying attention to detail. They basically filled the drink with nothing but ice. Thank you Starbucks for charging me $7 for a cup full of ICE. The foam is literally in the ice, lol. I will NOT be return to this location. I don’t understand how they are a 4 star store when they get mad due to their error. Pay attention to details and own up to your mistakes. Trust I know we are all human and when working in fast pace things happen. But fix it not get mad. I’m the paying customer. I wish I would have had the picture of it before. But this what I received. Full of ice.

The young lady who took our order, payment and gave us our order was extremely sweet. The only issue, and we did get there about 30 min before closing, was they had no peppermint flavor for drinks. The drinks we received were very good.

This location is lazy. They do not steam milk properly. They do not take the time to whip cold foam properly. I’ve had so many problems with this locations, I’ve taken breaks from this location because of all the mess ups. If you do not have consistency you do not have Starbucks. I know that this is a busy location however you’re still supposed to do your job consistently.
