Clean store, location is good off Granby! Parking is a bit crowded but to be expected. Staff was pleasant, polite and quick to get drinks ready!
As Starbucks goes this is a good one. Thumbs up for these guys. The other, so many, Starbucks are loosing it. I have been drinking SB for over 30 years and ready to dump the lot of them. Starbucks service around my house is becoming rude, and destructive. Someone in Seattle has steered the ship towards the rocks. They got it wrong.

I frequently review this comments etc. I find many of them informative and would love to encourage everyone to please reach out to me directly or the shift supervisors on duty to more swiftly address any and all questions and concerns. We always strive to make every scenario right and assume the best in others. Nice location to several hotels including the Main by Hilton in Norfolk. Wasn't as warming as other Starbucks but still did the job. Lost a star for cleanliness, friendly greetings and incorrect order.
This is amazing Starbucks, nice consumer service, and a great place to just chill.
When I first moved here the service was amazing...but now new people and lack of customer service and never stock with the essential ?
Went here for a gift card for a friend only. Courteous service. I do not care for Starbucks coffee.
