If I could give no stars that’s where I would start this pregnancy filled disappointment of a late night snack. The pickle fries were more soggy than my shirt after I cried inconsolably to my husband; only after to find my corn dog having come out on the losing end of a battle with what I can assume was wolverines. To top it off my trooper of a husband, found his sandwich has also been touched by some sort of rage monster. Thank the gods that the popcorn chicken our dog ate happen to be up to his standard though, he’s a tough critic.
Waited 20 minutes at a ordering booth after pressing the button. No one answered, no one acknowledged me. No one went inside or came through the drive through the whole time. I was the only customer there. Drove by to see if there was anyone inside. Sure enough, everyone on their phones and talking to each other. Not the first time it’s happened to me at this sonic. Would not recommend at all.
Acted as if I was trying to lie about a milkshake when i clearly asked for a large milkshake with my burger in the beginning of my order then had me waiting in the car for 20 minutes trying to figure out about a milkshake at this point I'm ready to pay for it again this place so unprofessional I had to go in to get my milkshake then another lady came in complaining about the wait on her milkshake also smh... but look at me like I'm crazy tho
Food arrived cold and missing majority of my fries. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this location. Very disappointing to get a meal Large and then see little to no fries.
I just ordered at 8:12pm a number 3 Maaaan this burger sooo good who ever made my burger thank you hot fresh and delicious and the tator tots was hot too give the cook a gift card or raise or something thank yall.?
Worst experience ever! Waited 35 mins and some colored hair girl came too my car too ask for my order 4 times and everytime it came out wrong! And had the audacity too try too charge me for the order twice! Don’t go too this sonic I swear they are smoking crack.
Savannah is the breath of fresh air everyone needs! Shes extremely knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. If you visit this sonic you’ll see what I mean! A star!! Someone give her a raise.
The ice cream sundae was not very good. The ice cream seemed old. It had a grainy texture to it. Was not very happy. Does not happen all the time. This just was one of those.
We ordered 3 super burritos....they were awful and not what we were given and seriously smaller than normal. Goin to work no time to turn around!!! Should have went to hardees!!!
