Overall I would not return. Customer service was beyond horrible. I ordered a #7 with two large milkshakes. Upon ordering the representative had a nasty attitude and talked extremely low which was frustrating to place my order. My tater tots were not fresh which I sent back for a fresh order. Representative forgot my two large milkshakes. Received my milkshakes which were extremely watery. I informed the manager I have never seen a milkshake from Sonic before. Mahager stated "If you don't like it you can get a refund and out of my drive through." I was applauded by the entire situation.

If I could give this sonic 0 stars I would. We ordered through the mobile app for faster service and were given the opposite. We checked into our stall and noticed the screen had our name, that our order was in the kitchen, etc. nearly 25 minutes later it disappeared. We pressed the red button and worker was rude and told us the drive thru is open but not any of the stalls. Then we get up to the window and the worker has an attitude and proceeds to give us the wrong order. Never been treated more poor or been more disappointed in sonic.

I have never been more insulted in all my life. I ordered food through the app because I like the deals. I pulled up the one of the stalls and put the number in the app. I waited about 20 minutes while reading and glancing up occasionally to see the updated status on the stall board. I saw that my order disappeared and I pressed the button. I'm immediately yelled at but was unable to hear due to the hwy nearby. I pressed the stall button again and tried to explain what is happening by heard from the drive thru window that the stalls are closed. I was not aware of that and nothing was posted to inform anyone. I went through the drive thru and after waiting in line I received my food 30 minutes after ordering through app. It was shoved in my face and window was closed. I checked my food and drinks and the drink was wrong, and food was cold. I asked if they could fix the drink and one of the other drive through ladies started to help me. The original lady demanded the original drink and I asked if I could keep it since it was made wrong and I had been waiting 30 minutes. They told me no and then I had three woman yelling at me. One who looked like the manager started insulting my military uniform, cursing at me and saying multiple other things. At that point I asked if they could warm up my food or remake it. Was told to get refund through the app and to avoid other things I exchanged the drinks and left shaking and humiliated. Because they are a franchise store I could not get a refund but did call the corporate number.I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT SONIC!

The takeaway here is this: I'm hungry, but can't stop vomiting because I ate at this location.Until today, I haven't eaten at this location, but eat Sonic once or twice a week. Upon returning to work sweat poured down my body within 30 minutes of eating a hotdogs, tots, and a limeade. For roughly the past 5 hours I have experienced some of the most violent food poisoning of my life. My body wouldn't stop at just purging the food I ate, and the bile that came up has left my throat raw. I tried calling about this problem to let them know something is terribly wrong, but both attempts yielded no answer. Their voice-mail inbox is full.Edit: I could've bought myself a steak at Ruth's Chris with the amount of money I lost between the $8 and missing work.

We ordered at the stalls. After waiting 10 mins to order we were rushed though our order every time I asked for something I got “ok anything else” every time. After 30 mins of waiting still no food and I pushed the button and got told “bringing your food out now” when our food finally came the employee just rudely passed us our food. When we got to our hotel 5 mins away everything was cold hard and nasty. The milkshakes were melted which meant they were sitting out for a while. My burger was not even the burger I ordered. I called and got hung up on. After 2 hours of trying to call back I was told we could have our entire order remade. Then got a phone call that we couldn’t have anything compensated cause they “needed the food back” this was an awful experience

I had to go there last night about 11pm last night for door dash. I had two customers I was picking up food for that each only had about 3 to 4 items each. After waiting 2 hrs and one of my customers cancelling I still had to call my customer and let him know he needed to cancel his order bc one of the employees told me they didn't have my order. After he went in I seen them clearing out the door dash orders on the screen. I'll never take another dash there again. ????

Very surprized after reading the kinda poor reviews i was thinking i made a mistake but after making a 3 meal order then get the order all hot with correct portions and very friendly window service and ordering service id have to say thry did it as it should be done "Correctly" . I have not 1 issue nor question on my 1st experience with this establishment so im happy it was a gd experience. Thumbs up to staff and hope other dont over judge there service because i cant is was perfect ??

Great cold drink spot with multiple flavors. Be sure to go during happy hour for 1/2 price drinks. A bit slow but quality of food getting better.

Worse sonics ever! I had to deal with a rude employee who probably shouldn't be working in a fast food place considering she doesn't like people....... In the end this is one of the worse experiences i had with a fast food place. 0 stars if possible

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there last night and ordered through the app. Pulled up to the stall nearest the door taking into consideration that it was cold last night and I didn’t want whoever bringing the food out to be outside in the cold too long. The screen said my order was being “prepared in the kitchen”. Waited about 30 mins for 2 drinks and an ice cream cone. Kept looking at the employees working at the drive thru looking back at me. After 10 more mins of patience I finally press the button for an update only to be told that it’s drive thru only. I pull up to the drive thru and explained my frustration to the employee who was working and they didn’t apologize for their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service but instead gave me excuses X,Y,Z. On top of that, they didn’t even have the ice cream available. I don’t usually live up to my name but I was truly a Karen last night. Do better and use common sense. I mean 40 mins for 2 drinks is just ridiculous. I’m talking to you, Adrian and the other girl in there just staring back at me!
