My mother was visiting from Massachusetts and we ordered delivery. She and I are both vegetarian and we got an eggplant parmesan and greek salad to share. We were given chicken parmesan and the greek salad had brown lettuce throughout. My boyfriends sub (meatball parm) was burnt. I called and talked to Nemo, who I was told was the owner, and he remade the order. It came still wrong and burnt and they forgot the salad. Called again and was told would remake at a later time. I called to reorder and was told that I could get a "discount", which brought my total from $56 to $42!! What a joke!! I paid already for unedable food and was told to pay again. I will not order from here again!!! Horrible customer service and they obviosly don't stand by their product or hold themselves accountable for their mistakes!!!!
Tried the pizza a couple weeks ago and it's now in my top 3 area, but today we ordered delivery and I ordered the lasagna and wife ordered the italian platter and we were impressed w it all.. Very tasty sauce and baked w melted cheese on top, side salads and (garlic bread was ok) but it was all good .. And after reading some of the bad delivery experie9 maybe uall should just do pick up .. That way the food is hot when people pick it up and can't complain.. I m h o
I ordered a Greek salad on line, main ingredient for Greek salad feta cheese. Open my salad covered with croutons and onions no feta!!! Called store to ask/ report I had Greek salad no cheese the response was we gave you extra ingredients!! You gave me croutons and extra onions and this was supposed to make up for the main ingredient??? He said next time he would make it up or I could bring back and they would fix it. I stated I was on my lunch hour and it would not work. He stated next time. I ask do you need my name ? He said yes please what is your name. Today I was going to try again and go back for my Greek salad but I was reminded to call by my secretary!! I called and ask to speak to manager I was put on hold no answer called back they were going to put me on hold again I said no I just want to know if you have Feta he says no the sent someone to the store to look for some, I ask how long would it be because food lion is within walking distance and I was told 1 hour this is pathetic!!! At this point I would rather have my money refunded!!!
(ROACHES LIVE HERE AND GREETED ME AT THE COUNTER) My family and I ordered a large pizza over the phone. I went in to pick the pizza up and paid for the food as usual. The male that rang me up looked at an older male in his 70’s and said something in their native tongue (rude). I say this was rude because they looked at me dead in the face while speaking to each other. As I’m starring at them both with my child in my hand wondering what they said, I wait for the younger male to give me the receipt to sign. As I’m signing the receipt, I see a baby roach casually walking across this white piece of paper tapped to the counter. Seeing this, I instantly regretted giving this place my money. But my first straw was the younger and older male oddly starring at me and my child while knowingly talking mess. Really hoping for a refund because I left the restaurant with the pizza in disgust. Needless to say, that pizza wasn’t eaten and I will NEVER go back to this place.

My husband had the pizza and I had the calzone with feta which was large enough for 3 meals or 3 people to share. It was delicious! Absolutely delicious!!It is unfortunate that all of the non 5 star reviews speak to the delivery service and not to the food itself. Garlic-y, crispy, with gooey cheese; a new family favorite.

Order dinner tonight and it was one of the worse. Ordered chicken wings and meatball sub. The meatballs were just plain home made hamburger with like a spoonful of sauce only 4 on the whole sub and it was dry. The chicken wings I only got the small legs NO flats at all. And I ordered 10 pieces. And they were also completely dry and hardly no flavor and they were supposed to be the mild ones.. Maybe it was just because I ordered kind of late but considering my oder was almost 40 bucks I was hoping for a little better than what I got..
One of my top 5 pizza dives in the Hampton Roads area. Scheduled a 5 pizza delivery two days out and at 11am and they delivered on time. When I called to place the order it was easy and direct, no extended hold time. Delish..Thanks ya'll.
Really I love this place. I probably never order the gyro again it had about 15 sliced onions. The sauce was in 1 big glob. Still think their food taste good though. TBH I wanted my money back but it was Xmas eve & they were closed however I've enjoyed this place for years & sad but I won't be ordering from this Sals anymore. I went into get this offer they was offering & he says he can't give me anything so maybe a discount...I'm done I'm not the one to keep paying for bs service I feel like he could've at least replaced the meal. Why would I buy another meal when I had to throw half my dinner in the trash.
