Super friendly staff, good service, great food, eating area a little hot and prices a little high($45 for dinner for 2)

Bad experience. I guess the customer is never right. So Im looking at the menu which I was informed it's 3 years old but none of the prices was right. False advertising. I got a stewed chicken which the menu said 9 and charged me 15. The lady told me to come on Google reviews and right my complaint. I doubt it will work being that they speak Spanish smh. Food wasn't even all that good. I'm just wondering why they would have an outdated menu.

I'm from The Bronx and Sabor Caribeño is like home!! I am so happy that this restaurant is here!! Besos

My family and I love the food here. It's a weekly must have.

The food here is outstanding! Hands down nothing is better then the empanadas, rice and beans, the pork shoulder, and the steak. The food is five star. The customer service from either woman cashier is one star. The male workers are far better with customer service. I dined in one time with my best friend and we had a guy waiter. He was the absolute best. Came in 6 months later the lady had a friend there that she was so interested in she wouldn't even look at us for like 15 mins. She finally made our order from the premade food in the front and couldn't ring us up because she was gazing across the counter at this guy and talking to him. This could've taken us 15 mins due to the place being empty when we walked in. Instead we were there 45 mins while she casually entertained her love life. There's another slimmer lady who just always looks annoyed. I love the food but if I see either of those ladies at the front when I walk up, I turn right back around and go to another restaurant. Customer service is everything.

Food was so delicious and yummy! Will be back

Excellent food, great atmosphere, super friendly staff, cool vibe. Recommend it to everybody.

The food is Fantastic, there's nothing that's not good on the menu whatsoever.

Tried it out today for the 1st time & the food was great! Big note was their black beans, I hate eating beans & was hoping they'd be sweet black beans(I enjoy those only). They weren't but instead they were better! They had lots of flavor & was able to enjoy them!

The food was amazing. The chicken empanada was incredible. My whole family loved the food.At first it was awkward walking up to the restaurant with tons of people hanging out in the front, not eating. I felt like I was going into a strangers house and not a restaurant. When we entered it looked like it was closed, since there was no one inside, and we received just a look and not a welcoming smile. No menu was offered. The man seemed uncomfortable, maybe language barrier, however once he knew I spoke Spanish, he seemed to relax, and from there it all went well.To owners: I encourage you to fake a smile even if not feeling it to EVERYONE no matter whether they are Hispanic or not. Smile and say Welcome, bienvenido. We loved the food and pray you prosper. Dios los bendiga.
