Horrible.. ordered take out the weekend.. was in the house sick couldn’t go out.. So ordered thru Doordash.. took forever for my order to be ready more than an hour .. Of course when it got here… I ordered the sampler.. no honey mustard for the chicken fingers, no marinara for the mozzarella sticks… then I also ordered the ribs with baked potato n sour cream.. Full potato not cut just sitting there no butter no sour cream.. The other side, corn hard as a brick .. won’t be ordering again ..
I believe they were short staffed in the kitchen but you couldn't tell because our food still came out hot and did not wait long either after ordering.
This visit was excellent. The new menu has some great choices! The food was hot and fresh. Our server did a very good job taking care of us.
From my order I was diagnosed with hives and it’s currently been 24 hours and still the same, I’ve been itching all over and I am also allergic to seafood so my food might of been in contact with seafood and now I have been itching all over can’t sleep and nothing helps the itchiness, I have to go to the ER for treatment I did not order anything fried so I don’t understand why my chips were fried , I had baked chicken , baked potatoes not to mention they sent me a dry potato no butter, no sour cream no nothing and broccoli, the spinach dip with chips why were my chips fried ? My spinach dip looked like it was played in, because it had chip crumbs , my chips were greasy as hell mixed with burnt French fries , my cheese in the spinach dip was hard and wasn’t melted. This place is horrible. Never Will I ever eat from here again.
The server was nice but kept forgetting my hot water that I asked for. But the food was so delicious even though he forgot my shrimp everything was great.
The staff is extremely rude to delivery drivers. Orders are are always wrong.
My husband and I didn't care for our experience we had here. Our waiter we had was really great. He was very kind and helpful and nothing was his fault but the food we had here tonight was pretty terrible. Everything but our mac and cheese was brought to the table cold. It was all cold and tasted very old and overcooked.. this was our first time eating here and will probably be the last as well. We had a lady come to the table to see to us about the food because we weren't eating it and was told she would talk with the manager about giving us a discount but he had them bring us the full bill. We were very dissatisfied here.
THE WORST.... I visited 1/21, the night the snow started.... Staff looked at us for 10 minutes standing in the front waited to be seated while she FOLDED HER FUNKY NAPKINS. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to walk over to her and ask did I need to seat myself. Only then, with a sour attitude, did she alert staff of our presence. The waitor was great but the food was HORRIBLE... It tasted like everyone was ready to go home!!! The ribs were pink and undone, the mashed potatoes were CLUMPY and hard, as if the had been sitting under a heat lamp ALL DAY and scraped from around the edges of the pan, the Artichoke dip was covered in an oil, brown on the interior and the chicken tenders seemed to be fried 3 times before they were served because the were ROCK HARD. The only thing good in my appetizer was the cheese sticks. My ranch even had hair in it!! Ewww!! The 1/2 rack rib dinner was TRASH.... Even our Lemonades were spoiled. I didnt even order an entree.... The whole everything was bad, I couldn't fathom continuing on. Management felt the tension and come over, saw the food and apologized. She agreed that this is not the type of food thet served and refunded us for majority of the order. Wish I knew her name to thank her again. We still tipped the waitor decently because it wasn't his fault. His 2nd night working and everyone else called out. He did great to be working alone!!!
Not a very good place, they have people that are supposed to be working and will not let them clock in, because they are not busy enough. If they are on a schedule, they should be able to clock in and be paid. Apparently they don't understand the labor laws. I wouldn't waste my time or money eating here.
We went here for lunch and very few costumers but our orders were never taken until one of my friend called out to the servers. They are understaff was the excuse. Ribs was good. if you only have limited time don't go here.
