When did you do it take out order from Mother's Day.. When I arrived I only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes or so for my order to complete. My order came out hot and fresh. I did notice they had a nice salad bar.. The atmosphere was cozy there was cozy and the restaurant was very clean. The staff were very friendly and had great customer service
The food came out fast, and was cooked to our exact specifications. Our server really impressed me! I can tell she's been in the business for a long time and is really great at her job because she remembered all of our orders, for a table of 5, without writing any of it down, and didn't mess anything up! We all got exactly what we ordered and everything was spot on and delicious! Great job Ruby Tuesday! I really wish I would've remembered to get our server's name. She definitely deserves a big shout out!!
My first time eating at Ruby Tuesday and the food and service was and is so amazing we came back again within 2 days

Once seated we waited close to 15mins in a near empty restaurant for the waiter. once they came to the table he was nice.. However the food wasn’t good and the drinks well the Bartender should be ashamed. I asked for the cheese fries app well where do you know the app is this small that not even two people can share. I got extra fries on my plate when i asked for extra cheese. We waited 30 mins or more for a long island and peach sangria. All the peach syrup was at the bottom which means this wasn’t mixed. The long island was so watery it was near white and look like water. The cook didn’t know what medium well is because the steak came out well done. The mash potatoes was so watery that you could pour it from a spoon. It took 10 mins for a single shot of jim bean and another 10 to get a double shot which the waiter had to be instructed on what glass it should go in. The list on the bad experience could go on but you get the picture.
It could have been better. We got our drinks first of course so by the time the food came we had been on drink number 2. The food was lukewarm when we got it and some of the other people in our party had over cooked food. So I sent mine back and they brought me a fresh plate.
By far one of the worst experience I have had in a restaurant. First it took like 15min just for our drinks to get out then the manager to our appetizer to the wrong table, then it took about another 40 to 50 minutes for mine and my boyfriend's food to get out to us and it wasn't even the right meal and the waitress tried to blame it on the kitchen saying they made the wrong thing even though she put in the wrong order. Then our girlfriends food came out and it all looked like it had been sitting there twice cooked and looking like garbage. And then she had to wait for us to get the right meal we ordered. And what made it even worse was the fact that the food that I ordered was absolutely depressing. It was by far the worst chicken parmesan I have ever had and I could make so much better. We ended up boxing up almost all of it and just taking it home. And at the end of the meal it came out to almost $100 and we were not paying it, for the terrible service, and terrible food. Thankfully the manager took care of it for us and told us not to worry. All in all we will definitely not be going back to that ruby Tuesday
Hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. Waiter was spot on, attentive and very friendly. I had the salad bar, and the gentleman stocking/tidying the salad bar was right on it. Had an overall, great experience.
Hadn't been to Ruby Tuesday forever. A group of us after church got together and had lunch. My wife had the salad bar. She really enjoyed it. I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. I enjoyed it very much. The best part was our server who did an outstanding job! Our group keeps up with the online promotions and that offers a great incentive to visit.
Was good food, but when went to pay, we gave the waitress her tip in cash the when she put my card in the machine to pay she gave it back & walked away, 10 minutes later I checked my bank account & she gave herself a $ 22:03 tip. When I called cause I couldn't get back there, they were gonna give me the tip back , I HAVE NOT SEEN IT YET,so make sure you check what they do I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT ONE AGAIN
