Mostly great experiences, some employees are stingy with the portions and give you less than what you're supposed to get. I've only had one experience when they meat was super overcooked when i got food to go, other than that food quality is great and they keep the dining area clean.

My husband and I drove an hour in traffic to come here just for tasteless food. The cilantro lime rice was watery, and both of our burritos were completely bland somehow. The person that made my food had heated up my tortilla, yet it was almost entirely cold once I received it. Also, the cashier was visibly using her phone behind the counter while ringing us up and there were no chairs outside for outdoor dining use.We normally love Qdoba and have had good experiences with their food and service in both Oregon and Wisconsin. Not sure why this place had such bland ingredients. We had to go to the Panera next door because our food was so tasteless.
Impossible bowls are our go to! Tonight's order barely had any in 4 bowls, 1 ordered with extra!!! Beans ordered in each but NONE. Don't order by app. Clearly, you need to watch...
About a month ago I ordered lunch for my whole office from here (about 8 meals) and only 1 came back even close to accurate. I called the store and spoke with who represented themselves as the manager and was told to bring them all back in order to get replacement meals. After refusing to pack up all the meals and drive back to the store wasting more of my time for their mistake the manager agreed to give us 8 free meals on our next order. Well today we attempted to collect on that and was told that the current manager would not honor that and we would need to again pay for all the meals. We decided to take our business to Chipotle instead. Will not be getting food from this location again... Horrible customer service.
Went for some burrito bowl.. good quality ingredients and toppings.. and staff was great. Not much crowded.
They’ve never let me down. I like the build a meal restaurants where you go down the buffet and they ask what you want and how much you want. I had the steak bowl once and the steak burrito the first time.
