Bad drive thru service! First time at Popeyes and probably last. I asked for a regular chicken sandwich meal at no time whatsoever I said no Mayo or pickles, but when I got home it was a plain sandwich??? Also they didn’t provide us straws or greeting. We did not order two sides of mashed potatoes, one was supposed to be Mac & cheese, which they even confirmed with us before we got to the window. When approaching the window, the cashier was having her own personal conversation before assisting us.
Food is great, but only if you don't mind waiting for a long time. I was there almost 25 min at lunchtime for them to complete my 2 person food order. They are just not prepared to deal with more than a few customers at a time.
I ordered online at 6:30 pm and went inside to pick up. There was an employee with a missing front tooth yelling obscenities at another customer when I walked in. I was very uncomfortable and wanted to leave but since I already paid in the app, I decided against my better judgment to continue to pick up my order. Big mistake as I was the next target for the mean missing toothed employee. After waiting 30 minutes, I was next at the pick up line and I asked her what part of my order they were waiting on. I could see the order on the counter and it looked ready. So I said, my dogs in the car so I'd like to know how much longer it'll be. She replied, "oh you thought you would be out of here quick, you learned today didn't you?" I found that rude considering I had been waiting 30 minutes. So I asked for a refund. I was told they don't do refunds and that I would need to get my refund on the app. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I just had to leave at that point with no food and no refund. I'm so disappointed in the lack of decency this person displayed. It was truly an dreadful experience and I left feeling really sorry for the other employees working there. I wonder what happened to poor snaggle tooth to make her so mean. I hope she gets some help. I suggest some training in customer service and possibly therapy because she was not provoked to be so rude. I won't be visiting popeyes again.
My go to Popeyes for more than 3 years! I never had any issues with customer service, employees are so kind and respectful! The food here is amazing!
Ordered online but still had to wait in line at pick up. Line was so slow that 2 of the 3 people ahead of me left without being served. Even with me now being second in line, it was still 25 minutes before a counter person helped me. It didn't get any better as she said at first there was no order for me, but after several minutes she did locate the order. Probably due to my frustration I did not check the order contents then and I bet you have already predicted that both parts of the order were wrong. Only because we love the chicken did I rate this visit a 3.
From out of town I stopped by. I stayed regardless of the line. I ordered and started hearing moaning,groaning,sucking teeth and they had no cole slaw.I ordered one large mashed potato,three new big boxes. Couldn't wait to see what was behind all this "I don't wanna be here and it's mine" attitude, to find a young girl to whom I knew I needed to hurry up and buy and Go. No drinks first off but I missed it by more of the same actions. No large mashed potatoes,no pies with the boxes. I give to charity but I won't suggest anyone go to this place where this goes on. If this is done to every customer a little killing is being made and It's a Sunday night too.May this place have luck cause it needs it.
The Cashier was very helpful and the Cook l think the lady called him Mr.Ruben was extremely nice ..made sure the cashiers was fully stocked with hot food..an l was waiting on hot chicken he reminded them that the chicken was ready an l was waiting..he was just a really good person...
T R A S H!!!!! G H E T T O!!!!!! Waited in line forever which is understandable due to the lack of workers nowadays but OMG the food was not worth the money. My tenders were nothing but crust, and little to no meat. They were also cold as well as the fries. Very disappointing. If I ever return I’ll definitely be opening and looking through my food before pulling off and having them give me fresh food.
1 HOUR in the Drive Thru from placing order and receiving the food.I ordered 8 piece chicken only SPICY.Got home, chicken was NOT SPICY. Also they ran out of Mac & Cheese and it was only 5pm?.
Waited in drive through line for 27 minutes. No one was taking orders. I went inside and finally ordered and waited another 20 minutes. They were only utilizing one register at the counter. I asked if they had an issue with their drive through. She said “not that knew of” I told her I was in line for over 20 minutes, she did not care. They had 7 employees working back there and not one of them had any pep in their step. Probably the laziest group of employees I’ve ever seen. Never again…
