Very pricy for great value oven baked French fries topped with 1/4 of a tomato, 1/4 cup sour cream, flavorless beef and some McDonald’s lettuce.Also the music was way to loud inside.
I waited 27 mins for a to go order. Ordered a combo with two chicken quesadillas comes with rice and beans. Also added a side of rice and a side of beans. Received my bag and noticed it was light. Was missing my combo’s rice and beans sides. The clearly rushing server informed me they combined my combos sides with my separately ordered al la carte sides. I’m like that doesn’t make sense. I ordered a combo with 2 sides and ordered sides on the side for a reason. He goes back to the kitchen, proceeds to bring me just a container of rice. Im like Sir. I still need beans. So after wading through his clear frustrations and lack of listening skills. I proceed to drive back to Hampton to open my meal to two PLAIN CHEESE quesadillas like I ordered this meal for a 4 year old. I have Been calling them since yesterday when I placed my order to no avail. They opened at 11am on Sunday. Its now 1:30pm no one has answered the phone yet. Its ridiculous the lack of communication skills. I discovered this place after attending a food festival in Va Beach. I Drive out my way to Norfolk to get food and simple attention to detail cannot be given and hasnt been observed. The restaurant wasnt even busy. Not understanding why I waited almost 30 mins for cheese quesadillas nor understanding why I cant get anyone on the phone at all starting Saturday when i made my order and Sunday (today) still trying to reach out to anyone. Clearly I have to drive through the tunnel again to go in person to get some sort of resolution to this issue. But at this point its worth me never stepping foot in this place again. Hopefully this serves as a warning to all those placing orders to double check behind to ensure the money you paid for your order isnt just sitting in the business pockets that cannot answer the phone. I provided nice photos of my plain food and many calls to them that rung out unanswered. I thank you for pushing me to continue the search for authentic food and amazing staff and business that cares about their customers and keeping their business by simply making the order correctly and answering the phone. See y’all next lifetime
The Waitress Jasmine G or whatever, very freakin go rude. Soon as we walked in she gave us nothing but attitude. Kept saying things to the other waitresses, it became really uncomfortable that we didn’t even want our food anymore that they tried to force down our throats! The rice was dry, cold and hard as a rock, we complained about that, the food was trash! Never will I ever waste my time or money on this place again! Then we were charged twice on our card knowing that their machine was acting up all day ! If I could give this place 0 stars, they would have it!
They hosted my amazing birthday party. They're incredible and accommodating, and the food was delicious and hot despite me having a large party (17 people). If you want great service, personable staff, and well-priced delicious food, this is where it's at. I hope I don't spell your name wrong, but special thanks to Ralph. You made the party amazing, but the drinks you made were even better. I'm so glad I got to share my 22nd birthday dinner with you. ❤️
The absolute best tacos I've have in Virginia, My Mother makes the absolute best tacos but this is close 2nd A+++++
Been enjoying eating here for many years and still look forward to it. Texas Margarita is great, too. Sheltered outdoor seating is popular. Service is good, nice menu and affordable. Popular with locals.
Eh, it was alright. $10 alcoholic drinks tasted virgin, food was just average. Wasn’t really enjoyable

This place had good vibes from the energetic people who participated in karaoke. Unfortunately the DJ would pick and choose who he wanted to sing next instead of going in order off the list. My group did not receive an equal opportunity as another group did. First and last time here.
Shredded beef was a bit dry, but when I talked the owner he was very receptive to my input as a chef from California who knows how things should be.
