I was in town for business and I had the most AMAZING Tacos de Carne Asada EVER!!! The restaurant was clean. Service was a little slow, but it was a Tuesday night. If I am in town, I will definitely come back!
I would have given this place 5 stars based in the food, but the service REALLY needs to improve here.We walked in here against the recommendation of a friend that said they had an awful experience as well, but since they make table-side guac, we decided to give it a try.We were seated rather quickly by the host, but after 5 mins of no one coming to our table, the person who seated us took our drink order and remained as our waiter.He was very nice and respectful but just not attentive and detail oriented. We ended up waiting a while for our chips when he took the basket we had to bring more but didn't bring them when he returned to the table and had to ask him for them. Same thing happened with a drink order and another drink order had to be returned.The food was fantastic but the manager needs to rally around his staff to ensure they are focusing on the service aspect of their business.
This food was disgusting!!!!!!!Paid 19 dollars seafood chimichanga meal for fake crab and 1 shrimp in each taco !!!!! Are you serious!!!!Asked for extra sour cream and cheese in the tacos and got noneThe cheese dip was soooooo burnt and separated was completely inedible cheese dip in pictures like seriously smh!!!The rice was over cooked and had a nasty weird after tasteAlso got charged for a horchata and never got it kind glad I didn’t being the food was so nasty they probably don’t even make it right and use a nasty powder mix !!!!Never again!!! So gross do NOT NOT NOT a get anything here!!!If I could give no stars that’s what this place deserves!!!!
Would give a zero if I could. Staff is so unattractive, drinks came at the end of dinner and so did silver ware thank god for chips to use as scoopers. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
Superb food! Excellent service. Greeted warmly upon walking in. The salsa was a little spicy, yet tasted okay. The other dipping sauce they brought out with the complimentary chips was tangy and delicious.I ordered the Enchiladas Souizas ($9.50) consisting of chicken. Your choice of rice or beans and I selected the rice.Make sure to try the flan ($7.50)!The server did a commendable job!
Food was great, service was good considering it was a concert night. The only problem we had was when they first brought our dinner to us they brought us plastic silverware....and for some that wouldn't have been a problem but others in the group that was a problem because of what they had ordered. Alittle hard to cut through extra crispy fried something with plastic.....I'm sorry. And then to get the check took a long time.....but other than that great experience we would go back when it wasn't a concert night.

I ordered from this restaurant through UberEats. They messed up absolutely everything. Attached is what we ordered. They put beans in my husband's quesadilla and didn't give him his rice. I wanted just beans on the side and no cheese on anything. They gave me rice, sour cream and beans with cheese on them. They also gave me four tortillas instead of corn. It clearly says on the receipt what we wanted and it's like they didn't even care to read it.
Food was awful and cold. Literally made me throw up afterwards. The customer service was not good at all and this is disappointing because normally other plaza azteca’s have great food and service. Long story short, don’t go here .
