I placed at 7:58pm an order on through the pizza hut app & paid for it with the last of my money on my card. I received a call saying their storing is closing an hour earlier listed what google is saying they are open until. The refund situation can be a little better, I was in desperate need to feed my family & we enjoy Pizza Hut quite often. I do not want to be rude but the way the food service industry is here in Norfolk needs to raise its standards. We live in a world with individuals who are not self aware, live without dignity & morals.
This is by far the WORSE Pizza Hut location in Norfolk, Virginia. Every time I order from this location I am once again disappointed. This location needs to either shut down, or have better management set in place. Every time I order delivery I’m waiting almost 3 hours for my food. Tonight I decided to order carry out, I ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas and a order of (6) mild wings. When I went to pick my order up I was given boneless wings. I told The young lady this is NOT what I ordered. She offered to change the wings to bone in but I would have to wait an add’l 10+ minutes for my food. So I explained to the young lady that I was turned off and I’ll just take my order so I can leave. She was very passive aggressive with me and she shouldn’t be working in customer service at all with that attitude or face. I will never order from this location again. Someone needs to shut it down it’s never a good experience with these guys. Tonight was my last night ever ordering my dinner from this location. It’s turned me off from all Pizza Huts in general. If I could give ZERO stars I would’ve. Please take my advice and never order from this location.
Make sure that whoever is filling the order put delivery as requested and not pickup. I had to wait almost 3 hours and then called to see why it was taking so long and was informed someone put pickup instead of delivery.
the person your representative spoke with must have lied when our pizza was 2 hours late... he told me it had just come out of the oven and it would arrive shortly and I would be compensated with a 15 credit... the pizza did shortly arrive but it was cold and hard. we were not pleased in the least by the order but I will order another takeout order tonight and hope the experience is better... I left pizza hut for my local dominos more than 2 years ago and have returned as I was let down by dominoes 3 times in as many weeks in a row.
Wish I didn't have to put a star they need no stars. This location is horrible. Placed a curbside order get there the Lil girl (that's what she acted like) was so rude and nasty. Brought our food outside with lid open and left part of our inside the store when we brought it to her attention she rolled her eyes came back we asked what was the order and she proceed to holler and things escalated. I called corporate right in the midst of us hollering back and forth. Then no one in the store wanted to give us the name of the rude girl to give to corporate nor any other name. Never ordering again..
i placed my order online and after it was accepted it then told me it would be two hours, i could not cancel on your web site and all i got was an answering machine when i called terrible customer service
We have used Pizza hut for birthdays at our workplace for the past 2 years. This order was supposed to be delivered at 11.45, we had already paid with card, then we had to go and pick it up ourselves almost 1 hour later, terrible, terrible service and very rude staff. Would strongly advise people not to use the same store
My order arrived quicker than expected and the delivery driver was super friendly! The pizza were made exactly the way I ordered them. Great job!
My pizza was not only cold, but dry. I also ordered a 2 liter soda and received a 20 FL oz instead. I called the restaurant back about my drink they said they would send the delivery driver back with the proper sized drink and no one ever showed.
I had the WORST experience of my life with this Pizza Hut. I ordered food it didn’t get delivered, I called, I pulled up to the Pizza Hut and still nothing. I hope those employees got fired because they triflin. I love seeing the FAKE positive reviews. Just know they lying
