Pricey for what its worth. Fish tacos had so much cabbage, I couldnt tell if there was actually fish in them. Elote tasted like it was grilled days ago and reheated. Everything was pretty bland.Good thing they had several hot sauces to help with flavor. Employees were very nice. Good selection of beer on tap.
My husband and I have had only great experiences here so far! The food is delicious, the staff is always friendly, and the restaurant has an overall great environment. I’ve ordered the Grass Hut and El Hugo burritos — both of which are delicious vegan options if modified!
I came here yesterday for the first time. The Food was amazing, I had the carnitas tacos, guacamole, and the signature elote. It was AMAZING. The service was phenomenal as well, the gentlemen that assisted was super kind and the place was clean!! Will be back soon!
Nice Mexican style restaurant. The salsa was too wet and messy for my taste and I’d like the chips to be a little warm (they were cold). They have a ton of different burritos, I took the Dude with marinated meat, refied beans, rice, guacamole and a salsa fresca. Very tasty. Don’t sit in the far corner next to the back door the staff use it a lot bringing in a lot of cold/wind
As a vegan, they have plenty of options and the food is good! We had the vegan chimichanga and even if you're a meat eater you would not miss anything! I encourage EVERYONE to eat vegan here! They have several meat analogs to choose from as well as veggies instead of meat analog. It is a casual place where you order your food at the counter, then sit down at a table of your choice. I thought the spices were great and the salsas were really good. My only recommendation is to soak the beans a lot longer so it won't cause bad gas. I will definitely go back again.
I love they have plenty of vegan options. I ordered the Carne Asada Fries and an order of vegan quesadillas and omg it was delicious. Did I mention they have plenty of vegan options. Next time im back home in Norfolk I will definitely order more options from them.

Yummy tacos, salsa and margaritas
I do believe that I have a new special place to eat! Fish tacos were excellent as was my margarita! Guy behind bar was attentive,& friendly! Came back next day for taco special;guy behind bar remembered me ! The shrimp tacos were delicious!! Kudos to the staff for great service & especially to guy behind bar for being patient with this old gal’s indecisiveness! What a great way to continue celebrating my birthday !
