We were charged for three items when we only ordered and received 2 items, the girl took it personally when I told her and walked off discussed, waited for manager to help do the refund. Our food was literally thrown in a bag, it was not wrapped in anything, poor customer service
So some of the staff are extremely rude. I came to pick up and order that I choose to pick up asap btw. And it took me 20 mins to drive over here for. So I was expecting to come in grab and go. When I walk in I told angrily I need to put a mask on by this girl who is also not wearing a mask. She was not even wearing a mask. I am vaccined and follow the laws according to the state not you. They told me I didn't send an order and need to show them proof. So I had to go back outside to get my phone and end up slipping on trash outside the door and falling down. I was covered in dirt down and rain and bleeding through my pants because of them. My hands are bleeding and when I come back inside they said oh sorry ee do have your order no sorry nothing. One guy that was trying to stay out of it was nice enough to offer me a cookie.
when I first came in the employees were rude and inconsiderate, i ordered a grilled cheese and it took 15 minutes for me to get my food. when i did my grilled cheese had 3 thick slices of NOT MELTED cheese and my sandwich was barely warm, the baguette i got on the side was also cold and my smoothie tasted awful. I love panera and have never had this kind of experience except at this location.
Last two time I went here I paid $7.00 for Mac and cheese for my son. The cup of mac was literally half full & cold. The broccoli cheddar soup was watery and flavorless. Food is more expensive but smaller portions, cold and prepared by people who don’t care about food or providing a quality meal. Just there for a job I guess. :/
The 3 is only for the service. People working there are very nice. But the bathroom and the floor was disgusting and should not look like that during a pandemic at a university. Also, if you are able to pull your mask down and chit chat behind the register, then you can clean. The toilet had hair and urine on it with zero toilet seat covers. I have to blame management and poor training. Pay more attention and make sure your employees have the supplies they need to perform well.
Overall good food, the line was a bit backed up though.

The prices are so high for what you get here. It's not restaurant qualify food and yet you pay 10 dollars for a ceasar salad or 6 dollars for half a sandwich.
