Pick up order. Ordered a turkey sandwich no mayo, no mustard add onion. They didn't change it and I got the original one on the menu. Didn't get either of the baguettes ordered for the 2 2 pick 2 meals. Likely would go to other locations in the future over this one.
Friendly people but got my order wrong. When I went back and explained none of my customizations were made and was given the default they fixed it but still did not give me all the customizations I had ordered. Very sad to see.
I came here a few days ago and ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and the chipotle chicken melt. This is usually the order I always get whenever I go to Panera. However, whoever prepared my order here needs extra training. The chicken in my sandwich looked kinda weird, it was still a little pinkish and I didn’t notice until I had already eaten half of the sandwich. And there were parts of my soup that were still cold. The soup wasn’t even hot either, it was warm. To save some details, let’s just say that this place gave me food poisoning. I have had an upset stomach since eating here and it’s been going on for a few days. I’m gonna have to go to the ER if I don’t get better within the next 1-2 days. I usually eat here once in a while since it is pretty pricey. I’m just disappointed how my food turned out after paying a decent amount of money for it. Please train your employees on proper food preparation and internal temperatures for foods (especially meats/poultry) before serving it to customers. I would hate for someone else to have to experience this.
I got a broccoli and cheese soup bread bowl. They gave me a cheap,narrow, plastic spoon to eat my food. The spoon nearly broke every time I tried to dig out some of the bread bowl. Please bring back real cutlery!

Ordered through Panera online. Delivered by a terrible Doordash delivery person. Sandwich was not worth eating. Course it sat at the front desk for 45 minutes before I found out that's where the driver just left it. All he had to do was knock on my door at the hotel. He did not. Plus I was charged twice for this disgusting meal. Never again........ I will be calling Panera to get a full refund. Already complained to Doordash. Also I'm pretty sure I ordered NO onions--had to pick those off the part of the sandwich I could eat. Bread was hard around the edges and soggy in the rest..... Chips were hard as a brick.
Its good healthy choices to choose from. I like it.
