I’ve just eaten at this location and I can’t even make it home before making sure I let any potential customers know to ask for Elliot! She was one of the nicest servers I’ve ever had. I’ve been a server before and know how much it takes sometimes to be so kind and she made it seem effortless. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves . Lovely experience!
I’ve been here many times at olive gardens but only now i will review their service. this place was very nice and clean. The waitress was accommodating but a little bit slow but maybe because there is a lot of customers during the time we visited. Our food was absolutely delicious. Prices and portions are great. We’ll be back again…
Came here for my mom's birthday. Automatically need the salad! Ordered the shrimp misso for app. Due to being on a time limit we were able to order our entrees as well. Everything came out fast and hot. The bread sticks were so soft! I made my own pasta and my Mom got the seafood Alfredo. Our server John was sweet and attentive. Was supposed to be a 30 min wait but didn't last that long. Go check them out
The strain of covid has been hard on restaurants. Every single person working tonight was kind, polite, helpful, and sadly, apologetic for the slow service. I watched one rude patron give the hostess a hard time for not seating her as quickly as she wanted. That sweet young lady (the hostess) never lost her cool or raised her voice. I commend the staff for continuing to work so hard to provide service during a time when people are taking their frustrations out on service workers. You were all wonderful and your hard work is greatly appreciated!
Everything was clean and the food was perfect. Loved our waitress. She was fast, served everything in order, friendly, checked on us often and made sure our order was correct. We love dining at this location.
Hoist was nice. Wait time wasn't bad for them to be 40% compacity like 10min . Waiter I don't know if he was new or not but he was a little out of order from what I'm use to. Drink's came out fast took orders fine. I mentioned it was my son's birthday and I asked if do the birthday slice ? he said no because of covid so I was like ooook. Food was drink's where out but no bread ? sticks yet I had to ask they came out with the meal link ok I guess it's only if you ask now. Son's food was fine my daughter pizza was over cooked ends were to hard lol burt she jest ate the middle ? but not happy. The beautiful young lady manager ask how was the meal I told her my concerns she fixed it and also got my son his as we where leaving out after the 3 chocolate ? mint's came out for dessert I ask for my check. Lol The new appetizer was great very good ?? and Thanks to Ms. Manager the dinner was great.
It had been some time since dining at any Olive Garden and opted to eat here since I knew they'd have something I'd like. There was a new shrimp appetizer that tasted good but after that the downward spiral began.I can't recall her name but the hostess assigned to us made the experience weird. The baby talk, asking me questions when I had a mouthful of food, not being sure about the drinks...etc. It just became annoying and I resolved that I'd just eat what I'd already ordered and leave.Starting with the mango strawberry tea, it was not good. I asked her if it was sweetened and she assured me it was. I found out otherwise that it was actually very meh and needed some churching up. I requested some simple syrup from the bar and she just stood there and stared at me as if she were in her own world. Fast forward, the simple syrup didn't do much to help the drink and it just sat there because I didn't want to ask her to switch it out without it becoming a long conversation.I've had many of the soups before and the Zuppa Toscana came out almost translucent in appearance with bland flavor. Instead of placing the bowl on the table, she handed it to me and it was just lukewarm at best. There was a spoon already in it and I would have liked to made sure it was clean first. I asked for a different bowl of another soup and it was no better than the first. Campbell's soup had more oomph that theirs. The salad was just ok and it served its purpose. The breadsticks were just breadsticks and paired with the salad prevented me from leaving with an empty belly. The cleanliness of the booth and restaurant were a turnoff. The overly whimsical & quirky hostess grated my nerves. The gaggle of inattentive young ladies at the entrance who are on their phones and gossiping about an assortment of sordid topics is enough that I'll just find somewhere else to take my business.Such a decline from a restaurant that doesn't seem like it's interested in improving. Sorry Olive Garden, it's not you....it's me. I deserve to eat at a place that gives a damn. This isn't it.
I ordered online an hour ago I hi just arrived at my home and they completely forgot my a salad. Order #802483Update. Ordered alfredo and salad on 8Jan22. The alfredo tasted sour. And my salad came with literally two black olive and two small slices of tomatoes...
Nothing outstanding but still not bad. A little overpriced for what you get now. This location seems to be feeling the effects of COVID still as even though the restaurant was hardly at 1/3rd capacity, it took 15 minutes wait to be seated with nobody in front of us in line and only 1 couple behind us.Once seated, noticed on the menu that everything on it but sodas and wine seems to be $5 more than this time last year. I know inflation is rampant now so take it with a grain of salt. Big thing for us is there really are no viable promotions, new recipes or dishes as they are still using the COVID menu items. Kind of disappointed. We kept it pretty standard as the menu seems pretty limited and expensive now. I got the chicken parmesan and wife got the seafood alfredo. Food was good, portions were good although we ended up spending over $52 on those 2 meals and 2 ginger ales.Customer service here is always great everything is clean but I can spend $52 and get way more of a selection at a local non chain restaurant and be more satisfied. I don't think we will be coming back till Olive Garden Corp actually tries to be better than what's going on at this place.
Thank you, Dan!! I was in the middle of baking for an event, 500 cookies, to be exact. My oven stopped working!! I called around everywhere to find someone that could come out same day. Dan came to the rescue, and only due to ordering a part was able to fix my oven the next day. Forever thankful, and so are the Saors for their cookies!
