So how ya'll going to take my money, not have the items I ordered, then not refund me? Ya were so quick to process my order over the phone so why can't I get my money back on site? And it could've took all of 2 seconds to look over and see there wasn't any of the items I was ordering. Like you're the one sitting in the building you should know what was available. But for the amount of money I paid it's messed up I have to wait however long to get a refund. This food at least better be good.
The left the chicken off of both orders. I am done with this place. This is the second time this month that the forgot to put the chicken in on my order. Oh yeah, I also didn't receive the potstickers I ordered. They won't get another dime out of me. They also didn't answer the phone after 9pm when they close at 10pm. Must be trying to avoid all the customers calling for refunds. I'm done.
New to the restaurant, noodles fixed any way you can guess. LOVED a different must return. Friendly workers, amazing noodles, and awesome atmosphere

Staff was very friendly. Meal received in a decent time. I noticed that the sauce for my lo mein noodles was bland, but overall the dish was ok. I will return again because I want to try the array of Mac and cheese dishes. Will update upon my next visit.
Not worth the price for food you can make at home. I was appalled at the the taste of the food. For 40 dollars we could have e went to Ynot pizzeria across the street.
I have enjoyed Noodle & Co for many years. Recently relocated to Norfolk and just so happened to ride by. I placed my order online for pick up. My Parmesan crusted chicken beat was extremely burnt. This was my first and will be my last visit for this location.
I ordered to go, and my food was ready when I got there. I can't remember the official name but I ordered the meal that's like chicken alfredo with mushrooms and veggies. If you like a little spice, add their signature spicy seasoning and you won't be able to put your fork down.
They have gluten-free noodles and they’re absolutely delicious
The pesto Tortellini was delicious. Pot stickers left a little to be desired. That's why only 4 stars.
