Mr. Willy was very attentive to all our needs. His customer service was extremely amazing. He even gave my son a cookie. He deserves 6 stars.
It was my first time here with my sister (also her first time) and I've gotta say.... Moe's rivals Chipotle. They both have their pros and cons... Moe's has spicy chicken but Chiptole has barbacoa and carnitas... Moe's has very cheesy queso dip but Chipotle's queso dip has a kick of spice to it .. Moe's housemade tortilla chips have less salt and are slightly thinner than Chipotle but are still delicious whereas Chiplote has slightly thicker housemade chips but a lot of salt on them. Either way Moe's is amazing and they have some things I prefer over Chipotle. I think I love them equally ❤ In any case.. 10 out of 10!!!

Normally Moes is a friendly consistent dining option but not the one here. The welcoming corporate greeting of “welcome to Moes” is replaced with employees that do not hide their displeasure serving you. Quality and freshness of food has gone down and employees are not meant for customer service.
The food was terrible, the staff was super slow and inattentive..i feel terrible about this review because this is generally a great place..this last time was a deal breaker though..

I ordered from here on the Moes app and when my food was delivered there was no salsa and no drink. It’s not the 1st, 2nd, or even the 5th time I’d ordered from there and not gotten my salsa but i paid for the drink so i called up there to let them know and see what could be done.I talked to Crystal on the phone and she was so nice. She said to take pictures of my order and to come up there and speak to the manager Will.I came up there after work and brought the food with me (didn’t want to eat it without salsa). Will was at the register and Crystal was still there. Crystal took my food and had it remade fresh. Will gave me two drinks to replace the one I didn’t get. I was able to grab some salsa from the salsa bar. And Will gave me some cookies to give my kids when I got home.Their entire staff from the moment i walked in to the second i left were so kind to me and made sure i had everything i needed. I appreciate them all so much.
Ordered through door dash. I ordered burrito with extra chicken and they out ground beef. I didn't get my salsa for my chips or my large queso dip. Very disappointing when you are ready for your lunch and it's not what you ordered. Thnx!
