The staff were SO kind and my burrito was really good!
I'm not a fan of this food but, my mom and daughter are; a burrito, a cup of queso and a burrito bowl... the staff was friendly and service was quick...I'll say too quick, I get home with their food and no queso. Overall and aside from that, it was a pretty good experience.
This place has the same problem as nearly every other chain right now. Some cheap owner or manager won't pay decent enough wages to retain the requisite staff for basic upkeep.

It was disturbing none of the staff was wearing masks and that I was asked to remove mine (61 years old with health issues). How about turn down the volume on the music? And then the employee got sarcastic when I refused to remove my mask. This place's health practicies, and lack of them, is concerning.
Current employees are rude. Obviously they don't want to be there. Orders were missing things too. Please re-evaluate your 2pm Thursday shift workers.
Fixings were old definitely discouraged me from eating there today
