Probably one of the worst McDonald's you can go to. Just like every other McDonald's they don't even greet you pleasantly at the window the food is very rarely great and it has just gotten worse and worse over the years. I guess these bigger fast food chains that have been around a long time just assume people will continue to visit their stores and eat their food at there un extremely high rates. However the same people that they employed in the 90s is a way different generation than the people they employ today oh, most people act like they don't even want to be there working and it shows but like I said these bigger companies just figure no matter how employees treat the customer you're going to continue to return and purchase their product.
Whatever you do, NEVER order delivery for this location. Better yet, don't order from here at all. Appalling service. I ordered breakfast for delivery, ordered a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit combo meal and I didn't receive my hash browns or orange juice. Also ordered 2 pies and a caramel macchiato. Didn't receive my 2 pies either and the caramel macchiato was disgusting, tasted very salty and not sweet at all. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but they need to get it together..
This location is like any other on Newtown- the absolute worst. They forget something every time. Literally just got back from them asking me to repeat myself 3 times for a 6 piece kids meal, got home and it was still a 4 piece. They forget an entire sandwich for a meal as well. Done with this location, tired of losing money.
This McDonald’s is ghetto and very bad customer service. I just recently went here and I order a regular cheese burger and they didn’t even put meat On the bread like how do you not put meat up there ?
I just tried to order a medium Carmel Frappe and the young lady said they were unavailable. I asked what was going on,did they not have they items to make it?? She's says ,"oh we're just cleaning the machine." I understand the machine has to be cleaned, but why at the beginning of lunch the busiest time of day does management chose to do this? Why not early in the morning when nobody is ordering smh!
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries meal and 2 fish filet with fries and got nuggets and fries I drove all the way back to return the order and got back uncooked food and did not get fresh fries not coming back
One of the two drive thur lines were closed and the other was slow, the food was cold and my order was wrong. I had stopped going to McDonalds because I am always disappointed, this time was no different!
I got two cheeseburgers and fries with a tea. Food was good. Service was fast and friendly. I couldn't complain. The place was busy. It is close to work so I will be back.
Never eat here. I ordered a fish sandwich for my mom and her bread was molded. Absolutely disgusting. They should be shut down before they kill someone. The food is already bad for you. The least they could do is make sure everything is fresh. Highly disappointed and never eating her.
Really bad McDonald's. They poured salt all over my burger and chicken sandwich. They also spit in my drink. Never come here.
