I come to this McDonald’s a lot because it’s closer to my house & the staff there are so nice. There’s an older woman who works there, she’s always so sweet to me. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to, it can just be a little busy sometimes but I like to use mobile pick up & the McDonald’s app so I don’t have to wait

I don't even feel right giving this place ONE star. If I could give negative stars, I would. We waited over 20 minutes to give our order to get begin with. There were 4 cars ahead of us. The person in front of us left. When I went to pay they quoted me that persons order. I corrected him and told him they l left. I clarified my idea and paid. Waited another 10 minutes to get to window to pick up my order. The lady asks me what my order was, I quoted it to her. She leaves, comes back a few minutes later and asks AGAIN. I showed her my receipt. She only gave me half my order, I had to ask for flurry and ranch. We left with a bacon cheeseburger that we did not order and no chicken nuggets (that we DID order). Yes, we should have checked box first. But this was the worst service experience we waited almost an hour, which is ridiculous. I've ever had at a McDonald's in my life. No one even said thank you for your patience or nothing like that. I understand staff shortages, etc... but this was beyond unacceptable.

literally ordered a large fry and some water and didn’t see anything unusual in my food at first but then i ate a few at the top and i looked in and saw something black, i thought it was a burnt piece but i was still concerned so i took a closer look and i saw wings??? like hello? this is disgusting. Then i went back in to get a refund and they acted like they didn’t care and didn’t even care to check about the fly in the bag. i know it’s not much to do about it but this stuff shouldn’t be happening at any fast food restaurant. the workers should be more aware of bugs flying in the food especially if the window is right where the fry cooker is. if i get sick off this, i will be taking legal action cause who knows how long that fly been in there and also possibly carrying a disease.

I went through a drive-through and ordered one large Sprite and a small fry I was the second customer and there was no long line. I’m not sure how many employees were in there tonight or this morning but I only saw one that was cleaning and it took them 20 minutes to get me the one drink I ordered and one small fry. The drink from the soda machine was Out of syrup. I sat by the second window where I am supposed to pick up my food or beverage . I sat in my car while watching the employee clean For about 10 minutes before acknowledging that I was there because he was too busy cleaning instead of helping a customer. Very unsatisfied with the service and the quality.

The employees are too lazy and say the Busch Gardens meal has to be order on mobile app which isn't true. You can order one at the on Granby at the drive thru

Food was not fresh at all. We had to wait for fries and they still came out cold

The food was decent. The wait time in the drive-thru was a little longer than expected.

Boy why do people who work in McDonald's have to be sarcastic? Had Wendy's been serving sandwiches I would have ordered there instead. 2 chicken sandwiches and one ice tea is what I ordered. Along with that I got a piece of chicken slammed inside two pieces of bread with pickles and heat looked like a spit of sauce. I ask for some sauce and was told to buy it. I sent the sandwiches back and the smarty added sauce that was now dripping in the bag and both employees were making jokes during this highlight. I took my meal and simply drove off.

The slowest drive-thru in North America!!! Was in line for 27 minutes a month ago. Gave it another chance this morning and again was in line for more than 20 minutes. In both cases, there was 5-6 cars ahead of me. Zero apologies from the staff for the long wait. Never going back.

Not only were we in line for an hour and a half, they were out of most soda but didn't know which ones they had stocked and my sprite tastes metallic and gross.The line was out of the parking lot for the entirety of our time there even with people choosing to abandon the wait. If they hadn't abandoned their spots, it's likely we'd have been there for over 2 hours.
