As I was reviewing my order, I noticed that I was charged for sauce, which I am not familiar with. When I made a simple inquiry to the young man who was taking my order, he immediately became combative. I informed him that my intent wasn't to argue and that the policy/guidelines may vary from state to state, provided with the knowledge that Virginia isn't where my origin story begins. Additionally, my order was simple but I waited for approximately ten minutes for my order to be completed and I was the first person in line in the drive-thru. There was no one ahead of me, no one behind me, and one person inside at the counter. So, why the wait?? Furthermore, the young man who brought me my food ( different from the young man who took my order) had a terrible attitude as well. When he handed me my bag, I politely said "thank you" and he just stared at me in disgust and did not reply. Two different young men, both with foul attitudes. When you work in customer service, that is unacceptable behavior. I'm highly dissatisfied. They are clearly operating below the standard. Fix it please.
So I open my bag to find hard burnt nuggets! I reached out and called the manager and asked her was she aware that her crew was serving bad food like this and she said “I’m busy doing paper work” I told her about the poor quality food and she was very rude and nonchalant! On top of it being slow there the food quality is horrible I wish I could give 0 stars
This McDonald's on Hampton Blvd is slow as hell. The way the drive thru be backed up is crazy. I stopped to get some nuggets and fries but it took to long. I was in line for at least an hour with no movement so I left and went across the street to Taco Bell. They seriously need to get it together at that McDonald's cause that drive thru line is way out of control. They need to get like the McDonald's in New Jersey where they have two lines for drive thru and even the one on Northampton in VA has two lines. Smh
Awesome customer service. The food was fresh. The employees was very nice and helpful through the process of me ordering. I highly recommend eating here if you're in the Norfolk/ military highway area
First of all..line was in the street. We had two separate orders and they forgot the whole 10 piece in one order. Then forgot to put straws in our bag. We ordered 2 McFlurry’s and they forgot 1. Both our chicken sandwiches had no sauce! Fry’s won’t even hot they were cold! On top of that whoever was taking our order was rude as hell.
I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddle with a round egg instead of a flat. With extra cheese and extra bacon. And a Caramel Macchiato. It was on point. Thank you whom ever fixed it. My bacon was cooked perfectly. Tasted like real ?. Not burnt or undercooked. Crispy melt in your mouth ?.
Today I had a wonderful experience. Even though the service was a little laid back it was enjoyable. The people who worked drive thru were older and took their time to make sure my order was actually what I ordered. The cashier gave me my senior coffee, did not know about this. When I went to pick up my order it was repeated back to me, it was hot and most importantly it was correct. Hope to have another great experience again.
Good sometimes, but I went to get some sweet tea and it tasted like chemicals or something please address it before other people actually drink this because they can’t tell.
30+ minute long wait times, after 10pm cash only sales, rude customer service, incorrect orders consistently, the slowest fast food experience probably on the planet don't even bother coming here after sundown you'll be here til sunrise
Came in with my family before a basketball game at ODU and we received excellent service and the manager even offered us some free extra fries for waiting a few minutes for them to make them fresh!
