Wonderful first time at Luna Maya. Not too crowded on a Thursday evening, but outside tables were full by end of dining thanks to beautiful weather.The service was excellent and the food outstanding. Queso arrived hot but could use more chips next time as there was plenty of leftover queso and not enough chips to finish it.The vegetarian tamales were amazing! I am not vegetarian and thought it was plenty flavorful and filling. It wasn’t over salted nor did it lack anything. There is a touch of sweetness in the corn tamales. Adding on the hot sauce was a good idea for anyone who loves a good kick of heat.Will be back again and would recommend to anyone. Perfect for dates or casual get togethers.
My wife and I had dinner after a recommendation from friends. The place was busy, but there was no wait for a table. The number of servers seemed adequate for the number of patrons. After explaining my dislike of onions to our server, I was assured my choice would be ok. But it wasn’t, even though the food was void of onions, the cooks somehow decided it would be a good idea to just sprinkle them over the top. I should have just sent it back, but I scraped them off and ate what I could. My wife enjoyed her entrée, but I did not. Thumbs down for me.
I grew up with West coast Mexican food, since moving to the East coast I've been super leary of trying out any Mexican food, afraid to be dissapointed. This restaurant is living up to their "something different" motto. The food was delicious! I had the Vegan enchiladas with salsa verde ?? Their chips and guacamole were super tasty (yes, you can get chips and guac wrong unfortunately) and the drinks were strong. Our waitress was really nice and attentive, even though the place was busy. The only thing I didn't like was that the music was SUPER loud, and it felt like it got louder the more people showed up.
The food was so good. The service was great. The atmosphere was very friendly. And did I mention the food was very good?

Tyler the bartender is good people, stays busy stays engaged with conversation and has a good recommendation, enjoyed a great date night at the bar!!! Fantastic food as always thank you and happy holidays
They had a covid outbreak on Christmas in their restaurant with four people testing positive and did not close or have all their staff test. Not going to eat somewhere that doesn’t take covid seriously and puts their customers at risk.
Been here multiple times for dinner and it is just an awesome experience each and every time. The wait staff is so kind and polite the food is always hot and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing whether it be inside or outside! The prices are good for what they offer and the drinks are on point!
We sat at the bar. Fabulous bartender! She was so personable! Ordered the Taquitos, good, but a tinge greasy & too cheesy for me. The Taquitos I generally get don't have any cheese. They were tasty though. Ordered a cocktail and it was delicious and she was very helpful! Would go again!
Yum!! is all I can say about everything in this place!!? The chicken tacos were super yummy!! The margarita was superb AND one of the best tasting ones I've ever had!? Keep it up guys!! ???
