5 Stars for this order!The yams and greens was on point! I requested gravy on side for fried pork chops. I received smothered. They give you 2 big Chops. The bread given with food is terrible. I would prefer a roll instead or hot water cornbread ?. I had enough food for 2 servings!This order zero starsThey do not throw away old food and bad meats. They serve it to you.Being Good Friday. I wanted some Good Fish. The fish I received was bad. You could smell it was bad and taste VERY spoiled. I could get better fish from Captain D's. The mac & cheese was disgusting. Collards wasn't fresh and the old cornbread undescribable bad. A waste of money. The yams was okay. I had better from them.
My first time ordering from here and the food was exceptional. I got the grilled shrimp, collard greens and Mac n cheese. The shrimp was very well seasoned, they were also a very good size for the price($14) for everything with a soda as well. Mac n cheese tastes good and as do them collard greens. My order was delivered on time and everything came hot. I will definitely order from them again.
I was a little skeptical based on the reviews but this was soooo good. Food was seasoned to perfection and fresh. Definitely would order from here again.
When I first started ordering from this restaurant, the food was good but it seems that the food has gotten dryer and lacks less seasoning with each order. This last order, (delivery) whick is my last time ordering was completely wrong. I thought I could at least enjoy the sides since when I called the guy who answered acknowledged he messed up but wasn't trying to make an effort to fix his mistake. The other person who didn't get there food didn't miss out I'd the dry Mac and cheese and unseasoned collard greens were any indication of the meal. I want to support BOB with all my heart but I can with this on anymore.

Recently, I was at work thinking about how I wanted some collatd greens, wondering where I could order some from. I googled and this spot popped up! I called , ordered & my son picked our food up. The call taker was so patient and professional. Items we've tried :mac n cheese, collars, yams, turkey chops, pork chops , dumpster fries 💛& fried whiting ( the 3xs we 've ordered in 2 wks) Our food was sooo tasty that I tried calling back to see if they catered! 💕 So, if anyone reading my review enjoys soul food as much as my family does ,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMSK!!♨🔥🤩Don't believe me? Omg this is definitely soul food. It was so good I got the turkey chops they were so freaking good! Mac and cheese was outstanding and I can't eat everyone's Mac and cheese. Definitely taste like it came from my own kitchen and I can really cook. Only issue was the yams they had a little too much nutmeg in them but besides that it was a great meal cornbread was good as well. I definitely will be ordering again. Oohhh it even came with a little piece of cake that taste so good. This place taste like grandma put her foot in it. ??????
I had the pleasure of eating at Lil Momma’s several times, but I wanted to take time to post a review of the excellent customer service and the freshest fried chicken, potato salad and collards (with turkey) that I’ve tasted in a long time. The staff was very polite and attentive, and the food was smoking hot. My wings were fried hard as I requested. It was the detail to my meal that impressed me. I would recommend Lil Momma’s Soul Kitchen whenever you want fresh, hot and good food! Keep it up guys!
Decided to check this place out since I was visiting Norfolk! Boy was I disappointed! Ordered the fried pork chops and they were terrible.They were paper thin and batter was way too thick. The collards were so salty that I thought I was going to have to call 911 after tasting them. The Mac and cheese had absolutely no taste! Highly disappointed!!
I was recommended to this place by my Best-friend. Today was my second time eating here ( but she has eaten here plenty of times ) & the food is honestly good! I was late picking up our order tonight & when I got there, the cook actually fried up more fish because the other fish had gotten cold due to the order sitting for a few. Customer Service like that is hard to come by. We will def be back!
Placed uber eats order. First time trying it based on reviews and pics but it was a no for me. Mac n cheese was more like buttered noodles, chicken was good but yams had a funny taste and smell so I only ate the chicken.
