Came here on a whim. Originally I drove 20 minutes away to some other hot dog place called “Famous Uncle Al’s” on N military highway but I got there and there was a closed sign on the door during their normal business hours, go figure. (How unprofessional) Anyway, I found this place on google that was nearby so I came here instead. And it was perfect. Polite employees, awesome food. And their other customers here were very wonderful as well :) All around great place, and great atmosphere. I’m so glad I came here instead of the other place. Next time I will hang out inside and eat :) Thank you so much! I will continue to come here from now on.
Delicious all around! Didn't know it was cash only and didn't knock em for it. I went back with cash and was happy with my lunch and their service.

Lew's Hotdogs is a must do nostalgic visit whenever I am in the area. The hotdogs, fries and Coca-Cola are the best. Family owned forever, they actually remember you and worry when they have not seen you in awhile. I also love the no nonsense, down-to-earth American attitude!?
The Best!!! Been going to Lew's for 45 years now. First time was as a date with my then boyfriend whom became my husband. His whole family went to Lew's Hotdogs ?. Our daughter Sonja started going to Lew's when she was old enough to eat Hotdogs, and now my Grandson Lincoln is going to Lew's. It's a Family thing ?. Awesome people ?, Awesome Hotdogs ?.
Love this family owned establishment... I do not ear meat but go here with my mom and son that do and hey love the bbq...hot dogs... sausages... I love the fries lol

My recent visit to Louise a trip down memory lane.My last visit to luz was 75 cents a hot dog and the young lady running the restaurant was a young girlWho I think was Lou's daughter maybe granddaughter granddaughter but apparently her family have taken over running loose changed it a little bit on the inside made it look a little fancier but the hot dogs and the chili are just is good as the 1st day that Mr. Toomey took me for lunch at lunch at lunch friendly friendly fantastic food great people don't miss an opportunity to try it loose hot dog smoked sausages barbecues
You can get a better got dog at a 7/11. Bun was stale, dash of mustard, bland, and tasteless chili.
