My wife and I had heard good things about this place, but those rumors did this restaurant no justice. This place is DELICIOUS! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Norfolk. While we didn’t get the burger (which looked great), the food we did get was absolutely delicious and the wait staff was incredibly friendly. My wife and I will absolutely be back to eat again when the menu changes!
Services was outstanding. Really like the creative dishes. This is a great stop as everything has a LeGrand spin on it.Very cool atmosphere. Would recommend and go back.
Finally went in tonight to pick up 2 burgers to bring to my husband at work. When i went in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I recently had a baby so im very covid cautious even being vaccinated so i always do takeout anyway but i felt safe enough here that i would eat in. It was cozy and homey inside and parking was absolutely no problem as there is parking in the front and back.I've been wanting to try LeGrand for a long time and im mad i didn't sooner! Ill be back again for sure. I would highly recommend the burgers, they were bomb, the jalapeño was a nice lil kick to them!
My very favorite restaurant in Norfolk. I've dined in the country's best foodie cities, and I've not been anywhere that delivers both the consistently exceptional food of the Chef juxtaposed with a casual, welcoming setting quite like Legrand. Absolutely a must-visit in Norfolk. Share a few plates, and be sure to make one of them the burger.
Sat at the bar with a friend and enjoyed talking to the staff. The Duck dish was amazing. Loved it and can't wait to go back.
The best burgers ever! They melt in your mouth kind of delicious! We ordered one to go and will be back today for another round!

ATTENTION FOODIES!!! Incredible, rotating menu according to ingredient availability. The chef takes a great deal of time in preparing his menu and it shows. Never had a bad experience in this cozy restaurant. Staff is wonderful as well. Wine and beer only, but that’s more than okay.
The atmosphere is super chill. I sat at the kitchen and these guys LOVE the food they serve you. They don’t miss a detail and you can taste it! Meticulous recipes and presentation. I will be back again
They posted this dude on IG who rubbed his nose and then kept cooking. This is the 2nd time I've seen this restaurant accidently post something unsanitary on IG. I messaged them and pointed this out and all they had to say was "eww." This is 10x worse since there is a pandemic going on! I will never evvvveerrrr eat at this restaurant again.
