When you get the tea that you ordered, it’s delicious! However the odds of getting the right drink has lowered significantly since I started coming a few months ago. It just isn’t worth the headache ordering increasingly simpler drinks and still having them be wrong. I will not be coming back again
Kids really love this place, so bring them here for brownie points, but if you like your tea in the traditional Eurasian sense, then just enjoy the children having fun and make your own tea.

Never really had a problem before. But when I went to get drinks with my family today, the lady that was taking order was rude. We asked questions and she looked at us like we were stupid. The drinks weren't good but decided not to deal with the lady anymore. My drink was melted. it wasn't "slush" as the name of the drink says.
I ordered a coconut bubble tea online unsure of exactly what I would be receiving. It was very good! I cannot mention service as I ordered online and simply picked up the order.
Tried to go to this place today walked how’s opened the door and was told they wear not open yet give them 10mins went back to the car to wait came back up upon getting to the door a young man runs over turns his back and holds the door closed after he walked away we waited a few minutes and went in my husband asked if they wear ready the guy they held the door shook his head and everyone started laughing. A few minutes later someone said we will be ready soon they are just taking a test. What test they wear standing around mocking us. We left and will not be back or was very rude. 4/30/22
It was my first time at kung fu tea. My first impression was that it was very comforting and inviting, especially with the playlist selection ??. I heard about it through family and I knew I had to try it. I am new to the bubble tea era, so I asked the employee for some help in my decision making and he was very thorough in what I would expect based on my inquiring taste buds. I ended up getting the mango green tea punch with mango jellies. He do warm me that there was more of a green tea taste then there was mango. I told him it was fine. He let me know if I didn’t care for the taste that he would add extra Flickr to my liking, which I simply regret not taking because just as expected I don’t get much of the mango flavoring I was looking for. However, this experience will not deter me from having another go at Kung fu Tea. Till next timeAlso thank you again the employee who assisted me. He was jamming to that music too?
Great place to get bubble teas and more. Lots of options, and the people are always super sweet to my kids.
Usually have a good experience here. However, tonight I was met with an employee who’s attitude was “ I really couldn’t care less”. I’m not sure if it was intentional or not, but seriously answer your phones with respect. I called to ask if the store was open because you never know these days, and for some reason the app said the store was closed. I had been checking all day, and resetting the app all day. When I called this evening to double check store hours and explain a simple problem, I got an attitude. “Yeah I just received 2 online orders, I don’t know how to help you.” She also added a heavy sigh. Please talk to your employees about customer service.
Eh. Their taro bubble tea doesn't do it for me...it just didn't taste right and is a strange color for taro.
