Stopped by this location and as soon as we pulled up to order at the drive thru we were told that there would be a 40 minutes wait on chicken - asked if we could order a side of macaroni and was advised we would need to come inside to order. Now what sense does that make? lol you can just tell that who ever told us to come in did not want to take our order. This isn’t the first time i have received bad energy while trying to order at this particular location. I tried to look at it like it’s tough times and we are going through some understaffing issues but it’s becoming every time i randomly stop by to this one. we ALL should be treated with some grace i just wish the staff would show appreciation to their customers.
KFC...what can I say? It's fast food fried chicken! We drove through for an impromptu lunch in between activities on a Saturday.I had to try the new beyond nuggets and we got a family tenders meal to share with the minions. Food was hot and fresh, fries were crispy, Mac n cheese was steaming and delicious as would be expected at KFC, biscuits were hot and fresh.I actually really enjoyed the not nuggets. In fact they were better than the nuggets I got last time at McDs!Four stars for skimpy condiments and no honey and butter with the biscuits. I assume you have to ask now but I don't frequent fast food so I missed out.Overall not a bad choice for fast food. For the price though I opt for sit down or take out from fresh made places more often then not because we can feed the 5 of us for about the same price.
This place was ridiculous. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes just for the woman at the window to give us attitude. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, she said oh we don’t have any chicken sandwiches. So we asked what they did have and the response was “chicken” with so much attitude. She could’ve just told us when we pulled up at the microphone. But we waited over 10 minutes for her to tell me Kentucky Fried Chicken didn’t have any chicken.
I used the KFC app to order the food, told me the order was ready, but still waited another 10 to 15 minutes. I checked my food to make sure everything was there, but they missed a side of fries. The food overall was ok. If it took longer to prepare the food, they could of at least double checked to make sure everything was in the bag before it's sealed.
Takeout used to be fun now you play Russian roulette with your money and food. You HAVE TO CHECK EVEN THE CHICKEN PIECES. This was supposed to be the 10pc feast. Far from it. The pieces of chicken were cut in half so we had halves of pieces. I couldn't tell what was what. We had 2 mash potatoes and we were given the smallest gravy that was good for 1 single plate. If you don't have enough don't try to sell what you don't have. Take the feasts off of the menu! Sell only what you have. You should be ashamed of tricking people out of their hard earned money!
Man, I’d be angry if the spicy chicken sandwich here wasn’t so good.Sign on the door reads “open for mobile orders, take-out, and dine-in.” It’s 530pm on a Saturday. At least four, maybe five, employees working. No customers in the store or the drive thru. Walk in, the guy immediately turns us away if we didn’t order on the app. You guys are just standing around, what’s stopping you from just taking our order as if we were in the drive thru? Also, may want to update that sign to save yourself the trouble.Buuut, like I said, that spicy chicken sandwich, yum! I still miss the potato wedges, the new fries are nowhere near as good.
I realize that most places are short staffed, so I am already prepared to have to wait when I go. There is no excuse for how rude the staff was though. First, she stated that there would be a 20 minute wait, which I was ok with, however she seemed surprised that I was going to wait. They kept asking me if I was going to wait. Then when I go to the window to pay for my order, there was no greeting, she took my card, and handed me my receipt and shut the window. When she opened the window, she said and I am quoting here, "I told you to pull up and wait!" and slammed the window. I was so surprised that she yelled that to me as if I was a child, because she had not asked me to pull up. My son and I were very disturbed by how we were treated. The only good thing is when I pulled up we only waited about 5 minutes and someone was bringing my food out, so I guess the 20 minute wait was a lie. I will never be back. I am sure I can find better service elsewhere.
Guy at Drive up was very rude first time ever going the and he called me dum I did not know the joke chicken sandwich was in a box with 3 sides when I got home with 2 boxed dinner it was all wrong and sandwiches was like a kid's sandwich very little dry nothing on it. Never will we go back, manger did nothing.
Great experience never a problem I usually visit about 3-4 times a week the male manager is extremely polite, friendly, and always uplifted with greatenergy no matter what, been a few times where I seen they was understaffed and he just kept great energy and iconic customer service. Not sure about these other reviews with people complaining about petty stuff but I’m a regular and I WILL NOT go to any other KFC in the area except this one here. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!I definitely can’t leave out the 2 female managers yall are definitely amazing and patient with everyone.
They close soon and there cleaning everything early even tho they don’t close until 1030 but employees don’t look like he’s doing anything
