Put in a order today just to be told they were out of chicken and it was going to be a 10 min wait. 30 min later finally got my food and everything that I ordered were larges but weren't even filled as a large. I paid for large sides just to receive regular size and it was all cold. If they were out of chicken and was in the process of cooking more wouldn't my chicken be hot and fresh? Well that wasn't the case. Everything was cold and skimpted out. I was fine with the waiting on the food, but the quality of the food was poor. I usually like going to kfc but won't be going back
Not the best or the worst. Just an average KFC. Very busy, they have run out of chicken before.
I plan to contact corporate as well but this places rating NEEDS to be hit over my last two experiences. Evening manager slow, doesn't help employee, stay in back, waited 20 mins for 6 pc. When I got it order was drummett for $8. in a French fry box. What in the world. Had to wait another 10 mins for refund.

They never have Chicken Breast for the last 5 times I've been there and I live right down the street and will never go there again!!! Basically I give them a 0
Yo I swear I wanted to put no stars. Man this got to be the worst fast food restaurant in va I swear. This has to be the worst fast food service I have ever received… employees are rude food is just nasty.. it’s like they serve old food on purpose. Biscuit hard chicken cold fries hard and dry .. employees are on the phone not paying attention to customer needs.. this location needs to just close blame it on the Covid if you have to but please do not serve any more food you are robbing hard working people and you need to be reported to the health department. Please do not eat at this location
Both KFC on Military Hwy and this one out of Extra Crispy. I wanted 2legs. The girl at the window I repeated my order to, never told me my total, swiped my card. The breading just fell off the extremely greasy chicken.Who knows what I paid for junk chicken only in original at 1pm on a Friday and gave meno napkins. Sweet!!
This restaurant fits the perfect definition of sorry.KFC processed pick up order but the store was no longer selling KFC. I decided to get some tacos and they told me there was no lettuce. Walmart is always open, it should not be that to get some lettuce.They took my order and got it wrong. When I placed the second order, there was hardly any ground beef in the hard shell taco. I can imagine not having enough lettuce but some how they can put enough ground beef in hard shell taco either. This is a sorry business that always gives excuses. The register broke, we can't cook enough food, the truck drive forgot to give us enough food etc !
