The person who took our order was SO rude. I walked up with a greeting and got nothing in return. Ok, whatever. Placed the order, asked to use their bathroom, I got a slammed down key with a pipe stuck to it for the men's bathroom on the counter, still no talking to me. The person didn't talk to me the whole time and it's not because they couldn't talk, because they had no problem talking to the staff the whole time. The manager was nice but clearly she needs to be the one interacting with the customers and not the rude employee that ways nothing to do with paying customers.
Though I don't usually eat at KFC , I had a10 dollar gift card that was given to me a week ago and had thought it would be good to use it for my linner for tonight , the chicken was very greasy and the mashed potatoes and gravy could have been better , I work for Hardee's as a chicken cook and I think that my chicken is some of the best around.
I went to KFC yesterday to get dinner for my fiance & I, it was the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I get to the window & was told “go head” I tell her I want the 8piece bucket. You could ask for chicken or tenders, & get 2 sides. She said “you said chicken?” I said yes. She said “anything else” & I said yeah my 2 sides??? I tell her what I want & she said the total.. no drive around, no anything. I get to the window she just holds her hand out. & when she handed me my food it almost fell on the ground because she didn’t even lean out the window to hand it to me correctly. HORRIBLE service. I’ll never go back. It was a black girl w long red braids… never again. & my chicken was burnt! Macaroni wasn’t even filled to the top. Smh
Worst customer service ever ever!! The woman there was so rude, and talked to us with one word sentences. When we drove up to the window she was texting on her phone. There was NO ONE in the drive thru. I guess we disturbed her from her texting.
Just brought a 2pc meal got home start eating the coleslaw it take spoil or sour callthem to let them know spoke with Breno he told me they don't do refund ask hom if FDA would he donk know as I print this review my stomach is hurting think I'm going over to ER See what they say before I finish with this I know they been getting a lot of bad reviews but I thought I would over look what other people say know I got to find out the hard way saving those meal

Today I was greeted by Allison and her spirit is infectious. I witnessed this with each customer that came in after me. She greeted everyone with a smile and a little humor.
Sometimes they get the order right and they're pretty quick and other times they forget a whole meal
The workers were impatient and lacked professionalism. They did not have certain items or condiments and I felt like they rushed my order and just tossed it at me. They spoke to me in a rude tone and gave me undercooked and heavily greasy food. I would not recommend this location and I will not be returning in the future.
The manager was on point and so was the team. I had a big order and it was late. I explained why I didn't call in the order and he didn't complain at all and got it done way faster than if I would've ordered a family meal by my location near my house. They did great and I appreciate the team getting it done!! Will recommend everyone up there!
