Food was good dinner burgers but the service was very slow. We were there for a kinda early dinner (about 6) since we were headed to a concert. And there was only a handful of people. To their credit there did only seem to be 3 people working. But still was just very slow. But again the food was pretty good. I would give it another shot.

My first time here and I've gotta say it was amazing.. the food is pricey but you'll get free movie tickets so you can hit the theater next door to the restaurant. Both the restaurant and the Regal theater are on the 3rd floor of MacArthur Mall in Norfolk. The place is very reto but in a charming way and the wait staff is amazing. The food is to die for and I will most definitely be going back asap!

The shakes are good. The burgers and fries are on par with some of the other burger joints in the area. Not a bad place to go. Just limited seating for a mall next to a cinema.

Abbi was our waitress at Johnny Rockets. She was absolutely pleasant. Even though she was super busy, she remained positive, fun, and attentive. She made our experience wonderful. I will be back to see her!!!

It has been almost a year if not longer since me and my kids went to MacArthur mall… we were so excited to go eat at Johnny rockets just to stand there for 20minutes… one guy that worked there said hello but walked to the back. Then this rude lady behind the counter said “ ugh more customers “ and didn’t even try and seat us but just keep staring. Mind you they had maybe 4 family’s seated. It was around 5pm on a Friday . So we walked away. Me and my kids were disappointed since our hearts were set on Johnny rockets

This place is amazing ? very clean ,nice costumer services. The food is delicious .nice fun experience. I love Mac arthur mall.

My first time at Johnny Rockets and they sure did treat a gal well! A place with absolute charm! The customer service was great and I enjoyed my burger. Highly recommended.

I give this place 5 stars because of the one guy who did it all. There was a server there who was the greeter, the server, the cook, and the expert all around. Great experience and I'm to any other Johnny Rockets I go to because you will be rated off of this experience LOL, now that, thats out of the way. This place was good. Good old fashion burgers, hot dogs, and shakes. We loved the place for it time theme decor like the little jukebox at the table, to its open concept where we had the kitchen right there cooking beside us and could see it all. The server took our order without missing a beat down to how we wanted our burgers customized. Food was delicious, period. Fries were endless if you could pull it off but even with kids we couldn't fit anymore food. Recommend this place only if our new favorite server is there!

The food was delicious and the service was great! Kitchen was slow when I went there with my siblings and the very friendly and professional waitress clearly had been on a long shift (she kept dropping the pen). The only downside was those music machines that are on the inner parts of the tables close to the walls. They are supposed to play for your table for a nickel, but ours was busted. The music at our table had a bunch of nickels already inside the machine, and the "10" key was stuck inwards. We just couldn't get it to take our nickel (partly because we didn't know how to put it in).

Food was okay, but our server was amazingHe should really be in fine dinning. His attitude was superb. Can't remember his name, but I do remember that it was very unique
