I have ordered from this particular Jimmy John’s several times. In the beginning, they were as advertised, “freaky fast”. But as of late, their delivery service has been “freaky horrible”. Just today, I ordered around 12:07 and didn’t receive my order until 1:39. They’ve never offered a refund, discount or lunch on them. Very dissatisfied.

Took 20 minutes to make my sandwich in the store. Made about 15 To-go orders between the person in front of me and my order.Staff very unorganized and confused about making sandwiches.

I used to order from this location ALL the time. I love Jimmy Johns so much!Sadly, I moved just outside of their delivery zone and haven't been able to get any of their amazing sandwiches since.The delivery folks are always SO incredibly nice and refreshing and I remember one time the app was down and I called into the shop and whoever answered got ALL of it sorted and assured me that my food would come out. I was worried I'd been charged when my order was also canceled through the app but he quelled any fears and took my card over the phone and I got my sandwiches in less than 20 minutes which is just as amazing as it always is.This location has it on LOCK honestly. I usually would get my orders 10 or so minutes after I ordered, it was so fast! This tells me they really had an organized team and I was so happy to continue ordering from them.

Consistent, quick and good...you can always count on JJ's subs! My fav is the #9!!! I eat the first half cold as served and then the 2nd half enters my rocket grill...YUM!

Horrible managment. Handful of untrained employees handling the lunch rush alone. Waited 40 minutes in person to receive my sub. Not sure what goes through the mind of the owner or GM to handle this business so poorly. What a shame.

How in the world this place is closed on Saturday's... The busiest day in Norfolk is beyond me. They just lost a $500 order due to this

The woman behind the register is screaming at customers. My online order has taken over 20 minutes so far. I’d say don’t come here.

Be careful of their drivers, one of them almost killed me by cutting me off and turning super fast. They say speedy fast but damn can you be speedy safe too?

It took 1 hour to receive my food. I am literally less than 10 mins away walking. Called to check on the food... and was told it’s on the way... we busy today “bruh”. Work on your customer service.
