I placed an order on the mobile app for a club sub with just lettuce and oregano. The app says 6:45 so we get there at the time but it still took 20 more minutes for us to get our food. Then when I get home (thank God I live 2 minutes away) I see that there is tomatoes on my sub. So I had to go back to try and get them to remake it the correct way. I'm pregnant and shouldn't have had to do all of that especially while hungry at that point. So my boyfriend took the sub back just for them to tell him they're out of parmesan rosemary bread. If they would've made it right the 1st time we wouldn't be here again. They messed up the same order a few months prior, I'm convinced they make the subs how they want and not how we order. I'm officially done with Jersey Mike's I finally uninstalled the app. I just wanted my refund after that smh

Bad service one employee had a bad attitude. I placed an order and requested parmesan rosemary. I was told they were out and was told they only had white or wheat bread. I selected white. I waited for 15 plus minutes then 8 or more customers came in after me. I watched them make 8-12 plus sandwiches after my order. Which were made with white bread. There was a family of 4 as well. I asked how much longer they told me they are busy. I said I see that but I was here before everybody else. Then I was told they only have wheat bread. I don't like wheat bread. I got so angry and frustrated. I told them to keep it. I didn't even get my money back. Went to the Greenbrier in Chesapeake. Night and day I was greeted at the door. They had the bread I wanted it took 5 mins if even that.

2nd time eating here in the past 2 months BOTH times I ordered a club sub and received NO bacon on my sandwiches extremely frustrating when I don’t receive what I pay for considering the prices smh will not be eating from this location again
Except for them running out of cups and cup lids, everything was fine and the food was great
Manager pushy and rolled eyes at my family as we were trying to order for my autistic son. $15 for a sub.......this is not New Jersey..... seriously! Won't be coming back to military hwy location!!!
The employees at this location are very rude and try to get you out of there way very quickly. I have an autistic child and was trying to get him to tell me what he wanted. The long haired girl with brown hair, kept interrupting while he tried to tell me what he wanted.The subs are extremely expensive now. I will keep going to Jimmy John's or Subway. I'm not paying $18 w taxes for a sub. I'm done with Jersey Mike's.If you want to be treated rudely and pay armand leg for a sub, this is the place for you
