My turn-to location when I need to grab a sammich on the fly. Fast, friendly, and always delicious. The Hampton Blvd location deserves an A+

Less than a couple of days ago my husband and I mutually agreed to try some sandwiches from Jersey Mike's in Norfolk Virginia (on Hampton boulevard) especially because fortunately he had some coupons from his work that were good for getting free sandwiches. My husband chose a roast beef and provolone sandwich (the number 6) and he liked his sandwich. I chose to try the number 12 the Cancro special that comes with pepperoni roast beef and provolone and I too enjoyed my sandwich with some Miss Vickies vinegar and sea salt kettle cooked chips and sharing a rootbeer with my hubby. The employees giving us our food were very polite.
Sandwich was okay after taking off the gross day old sliced tomatoes. I was surprised to see a tip line, couldn't understand for what? Just pay your employees a liveable wage.
Asked for the veggie and this is literally what I got. This is what we serve active military members. ???
Generally well run establishment. Subs are good, bread is consistently fresh unlike other JM’s with stale bread. Employees seem happy to be at work and are friendly but they could do a better job keeping the restaurant clean.
