The cookies were hot, soft, and freshly baked! We love these cookies and can’t wait to go back for more.
The staff in this particular store is unexceptable. There is no customer service and cookies are not on hand especially the classics. The manager that is there seems very lazy a d very nonchalant about not have cookies ready not having the area clean. When you pull up the staff was outside playing four square and I was waiting to be served. Never had this experience eith the lack of care from this establishment..I hope the owner sees this and take action
I just went to Insomnia for the first time. The 3 stars are for the cookies… not too impressive. Want super sized/incredible cookies ? Go to Crumbl cookies in Virginia Beach! The best cookie I’ve ever had !The employees are really nice and helpful at insomnia and I enjoyed that part of the experience.
I just would like to send a suggestion. Most people like their cookies softly baked and you'll find that they sell more if you don't go the way of the chips ahoy. I've recently been told that you do not allow the employees to make the cookies to a certain texture of softness by your policy. And as a repeat customer I beg you please don't go in that direction. The selling point to the company for me was that the cookies were made very soft, almost gewy but still cooked in the middle with a light crip on the outer ring. And the last few times I've gone I've had a hard time getting exactly what I've been looking for. I've come to find that it was by policy. I have introduced your company to some of my friends on the naval base near by and we all spoke in high regards to this fresh "soft baked" cookie. It was the part that every one loved please don't change that. Or even to simply leave it as an option.Thank you for your time.

Love them. 5 stars is for the cookies4 would have been given because the cookies that were not in stocks were not properly crossed out on the menu so I kept asking what is in stock?
The cookie cake was yummy, but the overall size and taste didn't match the price. The buttercream frosting was meh.I did get 2 regular cookies, they were fall apart mushy and yummy. I love my cookies that way personally.
Order my cookies online no problems there. I DON'T come this way at all but made a special trip to get some cookies. Online it say be ready at 5:30pm. So I get there to find out they gave my order to someone else. Like are you for real. Do you not read the names on the order. This the kicker I said I have a Order told them my name! Had to wait 15mins...go in after the first 15 mins was over...to have to wait another 15mins...Come y'all...they wasn't even busy..smh!! Not worth the trip!!??
I love to have insomnia cookies and the closest one to me is this location. Every time I make a visit they are out of half of what’s on the menu. And then wait times are always long. I just learned about placing an order; maybe that will be helpful the next time I visit.
Charges me $50 for cookies and ice cream delivered, only delivers cookies old, cold and hard and no ice cream. Refuses to make it right unless i drive to the store and pick it up. Hangs up phone when i tell the manager that hes in violation of the merchant processing rules, reporting fraud to my bank, to the owner - enjoy the chargeback fee because your staff dont know how to fill an order or rectify an issue
