This place had been declining since it opened. This is the worst ikea restaurant compared to ikea’s in maryland, northern virginia, even jersey area, and worldwide. Food is never warm, they ran out of everything even when they just opened. All they serve now is greenbeans LOL i think the staff ate all the broccoli and gravy! They now open at 11am which is so late compared to other ikea restaurant which opens at 10am. The servers are very specific about them opening at 11 but they are not even ready, they are rude, racist (which is weird because this is a global brand) and lazy too. I am really sad their quality has gone down. This is not typical ikea. Just go somewhere else.
The food is never even warm. Cold mash potatoes, gravy and meatballs. The salmon is overcooked and dried out. This is the worst Ikea restaurant. So disappointing and nothing like the other Ikea restaurants we have been to. The drink machine is always out. The manager and employees are apathetic.
I usually enjoy my experience at the ikea restaurant. I took a friend shopping and after that we decided to have lunch, it was her first time.Decided to go with the Swedish meatballs and the employee said they were out of the lingonberry jam. Then we paid for sift drinks and the machine wasn't working properly because it just dispensed a syrupy mixture that was all sugar not carbonation at all. And lastly almost ALL the tables were dirty and no one around to clean them.Incredibly disappointed, I will continue to shop online and or click and collect.
I bought a display cabinet, brought it home, opened it up, and 1 of the 3 boxes had broken parts in it. So, I brought back box 2 of 3 (the other 2 boxes were good to go). After I waited 15 min at the exchange counter, they told me I had to bring all the boxes back. I asked to speak to a manager. They said I could just exchange the one box (makes sense, right?). I waited another hour for them to grab the replacement because they had to "pull one off the shelf"....... It was in the self-serve area, but they wouldn't let me grab it myself. Horrible service. Slow!!!! No customer service!!!! No one even acknowledged or apologized that I'm back there because they sold me a broken product. Tons of employees walking around. Too bad none of them cared or wanted to help. Not once was I offered help to carry in the giant box and carry the new one out.
Good location, easy parking lot to maneuver for a Sunday, wasn’t over crowded, had a good lunch upstairs, cart and seatbelt worked great for my little one (you’d be surprised how many places don’t have comfortable/functional baby seats in carts), check out line took a few moments but not a big deal. Thanks ikea
Always fun to shop and eat here. Tho I had to miss out on my free coffee due to lack of creamer.

If there was an option for negative stars in terms of customer service I would select that! IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone at the store. My wife tried to change the name on a pickup order since we found out the original person picking it up has COVID! Was told the order needed to be canceled since name change isn’t possible. We live over 5 hours away trying to get a dresser (that continuously sells out once it becomes available) for our daughter who is being born in 4 weeks. My wife is currently on bed rest and we are using other resources to go pick it up ourselves unfortunately. Absolutely poor customer service with absolutely NO concern for the situation.
Great place to eat. Very clean. Good nice view from the top of the building. Good prices.
