I was in Va for my brother's Funeral, was @ the viewing of his body on a Monday, my girlfriend and I had not eaten and we are seniors, so we thought going to have breakfast at around 2:30 p.m. wouldn't take to long, the place was empty but it still took forever to get breakfast, the server was pleasant but will never return to that IHOP. Visiting from out of town??
I have never had a good experience at any ihop. My friend wanted to go and I tagged along, not only was there no one to seat us when coming in but they where all in the kitchen drinking there drinks and ignoring the guests in the dinning room. When we finally got seated after a member from our party went to the Kitchen and said something to them they took our order and we sat in the booth for at least 30 min before they even brought our drinks. By this time we are the only people in the dinning room and still have gotten no service. Would not recommend this ihop to anyone… my opinion is that this ihop be closed and turned into something else if there staff refuses to do there jobs what’s the point……..
I had the spinach and mushroom ? omelet. Delicious ?. Very generous with the veggies. The service was great! Diamond ? was my server and she was awesome! Super sweet!
I normally don't eat at IHOP I stopped going there years ago but my husband likes their omelets so I gave in. I ordered chicken strips a side of bacon and pancakes. I really should have just continued not go there. The strips were hard and burned, the bacon wasn't crisp and my pancakes looked reheated and as if someone had eaten a piece. On top of that our server was SLOW. She was slower than normal for a crowded place and kept forgetting things we asked for. And a guy I assume was the manager kept talking very loud saying he was out of there but was just annoying and never actually left. So needless to say I won't go to any IHOPs again.

There was only one woman up front taking care of us all (it was a slow night), and she still nailed service! Great meal good times. ?
Friendly wait staff. Very courteous and helpful to our party of three.
The food wasn’t that great
Our waitress, Ebony was so friendly and so welcoming! Our food was great and service was beyond exceptional! I will gladly come back soon. Everyone employee we were in contact with was very sweet. Our waitress left a sweet note on our receipt, this is the best service and food me and my husband have encountered in a very long time! Thankful for places that still have good customer service! ❤️
I usually love the cold but this place was too much, we were shivering in our jackets. We were told to seat ourselves which was fine however half the tables had dirty dishes. We had our drinks ordered and waited 20 minutes with no sign of them. The only staff we saw went and sat in a booth across the room and started playing on their phone. Another couple was in there and we asked if they were still waiting on food to which they told us they had orders 40 minutes prior and hasn't received anything.
