This experience was okay. My wings were incredibly small, but the buffalo sauce was outstanding. The beer was cold and good. What bothered us was there was a person behind the bar (we were seated at the bar) who wasn't in uniform and who wasn't working, but they were chatting up with people, leaning over the glasses, putting their feet up on the shelving. It was just not professional to have someone behind the bar who is not working.
I’ve been to this place numerous times but today was it for me. Walked into this place there was nobody at the front to seat me and my family. There was a waitress helping a table but there was nobody else to around that worked there. So after standing waiting a few minutes for nobody to seat us, we just seated ourselves. As we were walking to find us a place to sit, each table we walked past needed to be cleaned. So we find a table all the way in the back that was cleaned because literally every table we past was dirty. We sit down and wait a few minutes and I see a family that just walked in who was waiting to get seated. The lady that was helping the first table quickly sat that family down. That same lady walks up and gets some drinks filled all while we were still waiting to just get a menu. I’m watching this lady fill drinks without acknowledging my family at all and at this point we had sat about 15 min. No menu no nothing. At that point I was so annoyed me and my family got up and left. So I still wanted Hooters so we drove to the Chesapeake location. My family was greeted and seated right away! Everyone that worked there acknowledged my family. They had excellent customer service at the Cheasapeake location.I won’t be returning to the Norfolk location.
I've visited this Hooters quite frequent lately. The food is great and comes out quick. The service is great. The management and waitresses are all on top of their game. I will definitely keep going back.
Ordered to go burgers were way too thick, undercooked even bacon seemed undercooked.. I asked for well done. I normally don’t make reviews but ruined dinner gross. ? ?
I am giving this experience 4 stars due to several key individuals (The hostesses that greeted me upon entering and the on-shift manager -- Ms. Tina). I ordered 10 bone-in wings but received a platter instead. I informed the waitress that my order was wrong only to be somewhat chastised on why she was correct and I was wrong. I politely asked for her to bring me the 10 piece bone-in wings. While I was waiting on my order, I spotted the manager and called her over to discuss the matter and give my take on the waitress response and overall attitude. She listened and responded as one would hope. She was present, respectful and appropriately responsive. She made a terrible start of my day turn into a promising turnaround. I wish the customer service industry had more individuals like the ones I mentioned above.A sincere thank you to both the hostesses and the manager for getting it right the 1st time!?
Ordered online and I got a hair in my wings ?. I called to let them know and they said nobody had blonde hair…Nobody in my house has blonde hair. I have very long dark hair…. The first time I went to hooters was a week ago to watch a football game, thought the wings were good so I order them again but ??♀️ Can go without it.
Very accommodating had a 8oth Birthday party with approximately 20 people. Very organized and friendly staff. Wings and food was good
Been a good while since if been Into hooter. Beer is cold and crisp . The fried pickles are awesome . My date is spot on . Our staff from entry to bar and gally are the best . Easy place to get in . Won't disappoint .
Standare fare. Average talent. Average appearances. Unlike most Hooters this one doesn't do the normal 10% discount for military and veterans. So if you don't mind the drive, you can get better value for your dollar by going to the other Hooters a few more miles down i64.
Had a great time watching the fights. Stormy was awesome, very professional. She did a great job. Food was good and the drinks were nice.
