Food prepared with care and excellent service. Great atmosphere. Have not had anything but a positive experience after having been there on 5 separate occasions.
Nice sushi spot on the strip. Fast service and a wide variety of items on the menu. The rolls very very good.

Amazing taste and wonderful service! Our 1st time we ask for recommendations. The server said she would pick for us. Absolutely amazing choices and she was so sweet and kind. Took time to discuss each fish with us. We will definitely be back!
Price was high $116 for 3 people to eat but the food was AMAZING!!! Becky our waitress was awesome….. WE LOVE HER ENERGY AND HOW NICE SHE WAS….
Our serve was incredibly... slow. I was really thinking about not ever coming back, but the waitress's suggestion about trying the white peach Hana Sake SAVED THE DAY!! I will be returning.
Hokkaido is definitely the place to eat. I always order from them because they have the best sushi in town by far and the staff are sweet people. Thanks Hokkaido for being great!
First time here and our server (Becky) was outstanding! She was very personable and friendly.There are two different menus, so if you want the all you can eat option, you have to ask for that specific menu.I also recommend the Saki (cold). The peach flavored is outstanding and the rolls were delicious.This place even has low sodium soy sauce (green top).
