My $30 + pizza . Delivery , tip , pizza.Receipt said PROMISED at 12:20pm. Arrived at 1:06 after a call at 12:20 pm to check on it, then was told 10 minutes.I had to call 7 times to get someone to answer. So pizza gets delivered BY THE OWNER, and all he had to say was the were busy. But google live showed they weren’t busy (light).1rst and last time for me.KEEP YOUR PIZZA AND YOUR LIESNEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
Awesome tasting pizza and super friendly staff. A winner all round. Well located. Great music helped down by good ice cold beer
I saw the reviews and took my husband there because we're really searching for a pizza place like in Brooklyn, NY (where I'm from). BUT sadly it was not great. If you're hungry for pizza and you're near there, sure give it a try. We sat down, our order was taken and 13 minutes later we were still waiting for 4 slices of pizza. No one checked on us or nothing. The waitress didn't know what happened and the cook was sitting in a booth resting. And mind you there was only one other table there and they were eating. My husband got up to find out what was going on and they found our slices just sitting up on the counter dying. We were hungry at this point so we ate it. Obviously the pizza was not as good or cheesy as a result. I won't be back. Bad customer service!
we found this cute restaurant on our way to the hotel and i have to say their food is amazing! we had gyro pita with delicious fries!!!, pasta, baked ziti and the most incredible cannoli I’ve ever eaten!!! definitely coming back before heading back home!
I have ordered from here a few times for lunch and have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service and always prompt delivery. The pizza and stromboli are delicious and the steak supreme sub is also amazing. For the sub I recommend to ask for provolone cheese instead of the American cheese that they advertise on the menu. It is absolutely delicious. This place is definitely at the top of my list of go to places while I am at work in downtown Norfolk
Ordered dinner for delivery, said it would be here within 40 minutes. Waited an hour. Called the restaurant to see what was going on, was told it's on the way and will be there in 5-10 minutes. I wait for another 25 minutes, call back and now they say the delivery driver just left and should be there in 10 minutes. This time the driver actually does show up. The food is stone cold, and I complain to him and he says he's the only driver tonight, and they don't pay him enough for this.I called after I got the food, asked to speak to a manager about the situation and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I hang up and call back and the girl that answered goes "oh yeah... he's not here"... so why did you say that he was before?? She puts me on hold again.So here's my advice to you, Granby Street Pizza. One, don't underestimate the delivery time when people put their order in. Two, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES a liveable wage. Three, if you follow advice number two, you will be able to hire more people, people don't want to work for nothing anymore, it's a new reality out there. Four, hire people who don't lie to your customers.Absolutely shameful behavior towards customers who have been loyal for years. That 100% ends now. Do better.
The best food and great customer service experience. Great prices for what u get and it's definitely worth the money. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this establishment to all my family and friends or anyone that reads my response.
This was my first time coming here and the food was superb and the customer service was excellent. The prices are definitely reasonable. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. I will be returning!

Calzone was very cheesy and lots of it! Tasty bread. Would try again for more.
