The bread is fresh. The service is fairly fast. It's expensive for what it is but the location is convenient. No indoor seating. A sandwich, no drink, no side, is $9+ tax.
Catered our wedding and did an incredible job. Brought the Bridal party pre-ceremony snacks to keep us full for our event! Guests loved the food!
This is near my office downtown and I walk by it every day on my lunch hour. I'm so glad I stopped by. Ordering was easy and food ready super fast. I had the teriyaki chicken wrap with jalapeño chips and a heath cookie. The whole thing was amazing, I'll be back again.
The new gourmet rice crispys are exceptional. The sandwiches (everything on the menu really) are always great and reasonably priced. Great service all around. I regularly get lunch from here and have never had a complaint.

I work right across the street from the Gourmet Gang in downtown Norfolk and it was been a SOLID option for delicious and affordable, and filling lunches. Food is always amazing and hot, and when delivered it comes in a timely manner. I’ve been telling everyone I know about this option for lunch- highly recommend!
I absolutely love the Volvo and Downtown Norfolk locations - both are very consistent and salads are so filling. Currently working over in Virginia Beach and the Lynnhaven one sucks! Skimpy salads, very little meat and veggies. Would not recommend ones in Virginia Beach but others are really good.
One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. (I got the chicken cordon bleu). The bread was perfect, the sauce was great, and it featured good cuts of meat.
Gourmet Gang remains a lunch time titan in downtown Norfolk. Always fresh, friendly and fast! I do miss gathering inside with colleagues, but very grateful they are providing safe service for their employees as well as customers. If you haven't tried it yet, GET THE ITALIAN WEDDING CAKE dessert..WOW!!
