The staff here were so amazing! Doordash royally messed up and gave us someone else's five guys order. We didn't trust doordash to correct this so we went up here ourselves. We began to explain the situation and everyone immediately jumped to confirming our order and remaking it. The manager (unfortunately didn't catch his name) came from the back and was amazing in taking over the register so that the others could work on orders including ours. He then gave us some extra fries and a milkshake to say sorry. Myself and my partner have worked in the restaurant industry for a while before and I wish had a manager and crew like them.just amazing customer service. Even to those that were normal customers coming in to pick up and place orders.
Never had ate here before was my 1 st time and I will not be going back so much Grease the Staff was Rude and the Building looked Filthy in the Bathrooms and a few spots in the restaurant I will not be coming back and not recommending no one to eat or have take out from here it's Nasty and as said my 1 st experience to eat there and just wow Wendy's would ha e been better than 5 Guys

I love a good, juicy, meaty burger! So I have been trying different places to feed that craze. I went to five guys in Norfolk with my son to try out their burgers. We got there around eight thirty in the evening and some people were dining inside but most of the people came and picked up the meals they ordered and left.First when you walk in the door you will notice the clean look of the wall art and positive reviews from the media posted. You also have peanuts in the shell available at the entrance. I have to say the cashier was very friendly and helpful about telling you the quantity of side orders in the containers and size of burgers. To the novice at Five Guys you may over order and not be able to eat all the food due to the substantial difference in amount of food you get.I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger all the way and my son ordered a cheeseburger with pickles mustard and mayo with seasoned fries and a large drink. We took our receipt with the order number and sat at our booth. In about ten minutes our order was called, the food was piping hot and the fries were very crisp and the quantity was great.My son dove right into the fries with glee, while I clocked in on my burger. The first bite made my mouth water and the flavors were very satisfying. My son went through his burger like a chainsaw through firewood! The burger was juicy, well seasoned and the toppings were very fresh. The fries are fresh cut and you definitely can tell by the taste as well they were seasoned perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the positive environment to eat it in! Great experience!
Love it but hate that they completely ignore the buttons you press when you arrive. They're like elevator or heating controls in offices that don't really work. They are clearly always surprised to see me. But the food is always good.
Five guys burgers are consistently great. I guess my buddy had a bad grilled cheese from them but, stick with the bread and butter and you'll be ok

the guys here , made me some super awesome dinner, offering to put my cajun fries seasoning on the side, and they didn't mind me asking for mayo and mustard to go. i love that, the burger was fresh and fries delicious and plentiful. i was pleased
