The two young ladies that were working acted like they didn't want to be there. Openly commenting about how they hate when customers come in right before closing. Then they messed up one of our sandwiches and we had to have that one redone. With all the job openings out there maybe they would be happier some place else.
Not good. Sandwich very messy. No meat on one side. He made it over. Sandwich came out good. Still won't go back.
Poor Customer Service. First this not my first time at this location. I come to this location a lot to order a Hero sandwich. Always received great customer service. But for some reason the last couple of times has been bad. I came in, was greeted, but when I walked up to the counter. The associates including the assistant manager continued to discuss what ever conversation they was having rather than placing their conversation on hold. Honestly, I do not want to hear what they was discussing about, that should be privately or when no customers are in. They seem to not even care. The associate stood at the counter continued her conversation with the other young lady. It took a min or too before they said anything. I actually had to tell the associate “I would like to order a Hero sandwich” before she actually acknowledged me. Then they charge for additional items in the sandwich, to not have those items on the sandwich. Good thing I checked before walking out because I knew my sandwich was not going to be made correctly. I Attempted to talk to manager before making this post, but have been unsuccessful with getting in contact with the store manager. So here it goes. My customer service experience per the back of your receipt.
Great food and amazing service! Our order was slightly behind so we got upgraded drinks. Its the little things that bring you back!
Service was great employees were Friendly. Would have given them 5 stars but store was extremely HOT...... so we could not dine in.
The store was easy to locate, easy to get to, and clean. The staff were friendly. The food was amazing. Service was fast. I'll definitely be back.
I used to work here Aug 24, 2020-Jan 28th, 2021...buhh besides that, the sub's are addictive, like you can customize your sandwich how u want, but when you actually work there, you end up making yummy concoctions that makes you not want the default sandwich, either way, love the sub's, pickles on the side and ofc the Sweet Tea ???

This was the worst experience that I have had at a Firehouse location. The service was extremely slow. There were only three people working and two out of the three seemed to be new. It took an hour to get my food. For the price that they charge this is ridiculous! The ice machine ran out of ice. One other customer's soup was served cold. They offered him to substitute for chips for his inconvenience. What about the other customers inconvenience for waiting an HOUR for two subs!!! I'm only giving two stars because I know the sub will be good but it should be one star!!
I love firehouse but second time my order has been messed up and had to drive 20 minutes to have it fixed both times. Don't know why it's so hard to get the order right. I would've gave five stars but gas prices and 50 dollars in food doesn't seem worth it.
